The food was as good as any other Burger King but the service was terribly slow. 7 minutes to get my family’s order out. After dinner I ordered 3 shakes. 23 minutes later they were done. The whole time we were there one of the employees was running her mouth. Talking trash while wiping off tables and talking back to a manager a few minutes later. This place is new and they have to train people so it probably going to be a while before a better review is earned.

Congress would have been faster to get me a cheeseburger.
They forgot my cheese and ketchup on my burger. When I returned to the counter to have cheese put on my burger it took 5 minutes to get 2 slices of cold cheese served to me on a paper napkin.
Very disappointed in the service.

Had trouble with maintaining regular staff members and seemingly have to pull staff from other locations, but it has really stepped up lately. Other than never having that impossible burger, no complaints. Cant beat a option till midnight in this sleepy town.

Very short staff, took 30 mins to get my food. When I got my bacon breakfast sandwich did not have bacon on it and they gave me 4 hash round. when to talk to them but they was so back up, I got fed up and left!

I asked for a whopper Hot ..temp hot …..I was reassured that it just came off the grille and it would be. Well Take a guess ?……answer…it was cold. And it’s not the first time. It almost every time I go there. That’s why I asked for it hot. So in other words do not expect a hot sandwich when you go there. Thanks drive thru girl that took my order.

The cashier was rude and didn’t even acknowledge that I was at the register for several minutes. When I ordered a whopper meal I was informed that the grill wasn’t working and they could only do crispy chicken sandwiches. I consented to this and when I requested a side salad rather than French fries the cashier said “we don’t do that here.” I informed her that I had been doing it at other Burger Kings for months and she said “they must be different companies.” A patron ahead of me tried to get ice and there was no ice for the drinks. At that point I went across the street to McDonalds and got a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with a salad substitute and there was ice for my drink. Oh…, and the cashier greeted me immediately with a smile and my meal was served in less than 3 minutes. This Burger King will be closed soon just like the previous one if they don’t make some staffing changes and make efforts to be consumer friendly. I love Burger King and normally choose them over competitors but I’m sorely disappointed in the Edgefield South Carolina Burger King

Short of staff but the black manager with the dreads did an excellent job! Though, people were being rude, not one time did he get out of character. He continued to do his job. Great manager!

Used the mobile app to order, was asked to pull around (no one was behind me nor did anyone else go through the drive through during my visit) then had to ask for my drinks, then checked and had to ask for my sauces, then opened the Whoppers and realized they were wrong too. No other orders, employees standing around some in unsanitary clothing.

Bought a fish sandwich that was too hard. Took it back and they said all their sandwiches are like that. Told them it was inedible and they said… Go to McDonald. Got no refund and no exchange.

Restaurant was clean. Crew was pretty attentive. It was close to closing and so they were goofing around a little. Food was good, fries were fresh, but VERY salty, had to knock off some of it from each fry that’s how bad they were.
