I’ve loved every meal so far! Perfect portions, healthy options, and the salads are huge and delicious. It’s so convenient to have something ready to grab from the fridge on nights I don’t feel like cooking or want to avoid fast food. Highly recommend!

I work two jobs a day and it’s hard for me to find the time or energy to want to come home and cook as well as making sure it’s healthy. I’ve been ordering from Nourished Lifestyle Co for a few months now and it’s been nothing but wonderful. The meals are really good and always fresh, they’re healthy and help me back sure I’m always on top of eating dinner everyday, and the owners are always so nice and accommodating. Whenever I need a pickup that’s different than their standard window of time, they always work with me and help me figure it out.

and ordering of the meals couldn’t be easier. I love that they offer seasonal specials, as well as continuing their regular menu items. They have always been very accommodating to any special requests that I have. Definitely recommend 100%- so glad to have this as an option in Zanesville!!!!!
