Horrible service. The staff are like robots. 3 tables were occupied and I waited 14 minutes for water. 2 pieces of ice. The waitress never took our order AFTER she said she would take the order. Reluctantly I ordered from the QR code. COLD food. Steak was over cooked, fries soggy and checking right out of a box. Tasted like chemicals. If you eat here, make sure you have a full pack of wet wipes

I am beyond disgusted with the appalling treatment I received at this restaurant. Despite having multiple empty tables available, the server REFUSED to seat me at a separate table and instead demanded I share a table with a complete stranger who was already eating their meal. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional!

The server’s attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and downright rude. I was greeted with a frowning face and treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

To management: Your staff clearly has no idea how to properly serve customers. Travelers pass through airports expecting decent service, not to be treated like we’re doing YOU a favor. Hire trained professionals who can greet customers with a smile instead of making us feel unwelcome.

I had a little extra time for dinner at Newark and so I thought this place would be pretty good. I wasn’t totally satisfied with the service or the food. With all of the options at the Newark airport I would suggest someplace else. I ordered a beer, which was finally brought to me and slapped out on my table without a glass. Just the can. When the food came, the steak was basically raw in the metal. I ordered it medium rare, but this was actually raw. The fries were not that great and really the service was nail. I ordered using the app in the QR code again, I would recommend looking around at the many, many other options that are available at the Newark airport and Concourse C.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I had about 40 minutes before my flight and needed a bite to eat. I sat myself at a table and ordered using the QR code. After about 10-15 min the waitress showed up just to put the silverware on my table. I greeted her and she said absolutely nothing. About 25 minutes passed by and still nothing from the waitress. There was only 1 other table that was occupied so we can’t use busy as excuse. I tried to ask her if we could get an update on the food and she gave me a dirty look and kept walking! At this point I was pissed. She left again and when I saw her walking I got up and asked her where the food is. She mumbled something, again giving me a dirty look and walked across to the other restaurant across the aisle. I guess they’re under the same management? I’d like to emphasize that all I ordered was a bunless burger with fries. The place was not just – that house take 15-20 minutes tops. She finally came came (total of 30 minutes later) and had the food in a to-go bag. I told her she was extremely rude and gave terrible service and I complained to the manager. I spent $31 for terrible service and mediocre food. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve asked for a refund. Stay away from this restaurant!!

Waitress added her own tip, and I’m 99% sure I watched her do it to the guy across from me. When it didn’t fly well he gave her cash but clearly didn’t understand what he had. I watched her take a lot more money than you would expect. I said nothing just watched. She seemed to notice and within 30 mins of sitting down I was asked to use my computer in the rest of the airport even tho I’d just finished. I was debating ordering more on the app but at that point forget it. Theives and rude. Forget getting another drink. Don’t eat here.

I’ve gone there a couple of times over the past year because it has decent seating and charging ports in the airport. The food is always so disappointing. The portions are awful and the food always over or undercooked. The service is lacking which is surprising considering it’s already self-seat and self-ordering. I had the hanger breakfast steak and they managed to overcook my eggs and undercook a medium rare steak. Obviously, the cook threw them on high heat and didn’t care. AirPort price gouging at its finest.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this sham of a restaurant.Travelling with my son recently we had time to kill between flights inside Newark Liberty Intl Airport, there are so many eating venues to choose from, now the riviera looks like a restaurant but is more of a film set you sit outside the said film set and you order extremely overpriced food from an iPad, my son wanted a burger so I joined him when they eventually came the chips ie fries were very cold not edible the burger was lukewarm, I went looking for a waiter and he was in the fake restaurant with another chap stacking boxes the inside was just full of boxes he agreed the fries were cold and said he would get us more, so in the meantime, we eat our burgers, he came back about ten minutes later with replacements and you guessed it they were exact replacements as they also were really cold where does this food come from? I say very very far away. So bad service cold food and overpriced I would be ashamed to own this venue.

Do not go here. The service is beyond slow. Sat for 20 minutes before they brought weak coffee. 25 minutes more and still no breakfast. You have to order and pay through your phone instead of speaking to human. Got here with more than an hour to spare and by the time we got out food had to rush to eat lukewarm food and left before finishing to board plane.
