I work right next to this location got off work and wanted food.. got chipotle cause it was closest well this location in particular all of the workers seem like they hate life and hate that they have to serve you second they don’t even know how to cook the food the steak looked all red and bloody barely cooked. Top it all off my food was cold as foxtrot I will not be coming back again

Absolutely disgusting. Food cold. Barbacoa tasted terrible from texture to flavor. Cannot recommend. And for the price to little but not that I wanted more of that. What happened to Chipotle. went there for the 1st time. the food is disgusting. the meat looked like it was sitting there along time. the flavors were not good. some kid working there didn’t even know how to roll the burrito correctly and the filling fell out every where.. everything was cold, the rice, the beans and the “steak” was cold and chewy absolute trash.. luckily i had gift card someone gave me. i wouldn’t pay 2 cents for this garbage.

So nice to have Chipolte in our neck of the woods. Right on McGloughlin with parking around the corner in their lot. Good food, has a drive through. Nice people and friendly while making our food. Food tasted good. We did takeout and they bagged it nicely. Parking with a bigger vehicle is a bit tight. The drive through is best accessed off Concord and through the parking lot.

They messed up on my DoorDash order, I’m allergic to beans and they gave me a metric ton (I did select no beans). DoorDash only refunded me like 30% of my bowl when that was the entire order so I’m out like $12, a good vibe, and what could’ve been a good meal.

Order was wrong. Store was dirty. Employees didn’t believe that part of my order was missing.
Ordered on the app and picked up, ordered fruit for the kids and received stale chips instead. Ordered drinks too and they almost didn’t give me my drinks, I had to request them. Guac was terribly salty.
Never had problems with the one in Clackamas, should’ve just driven an extra 10 minutes to go there. Save yourself a headache.

Most things have improved significantly.
Except for one nasty girl ( image below ) who did not wipe down the counter by the register but was standing around with 2 fingers up her nose playing with nose ring.
Did NOT wash her hands then started touching everything.

When we walked into the place everything was dirty.
The tables the floor, the counter’s all around the cash register.
All the employees looked at us like they had no clue what was going on, why we were there.
There was nobody else in the restaurant when we walked in.
There was one guy slowly sweeping the lobby floors.
The rest were basically standing around. Not wiping down counters, not cleaning up the disasters all over the floor in the back or around the food areas. I can honestly say I have never seen a restaurant look so dirty and messy ever in my life.
The girll who decided to stroll up to the counter to take our order as slow as she possibly could, was not friendly at all. She didn’t greet us. She never smiled. I could barely hear her speaking. It was the worst customer service.
On top of everything being so messy, the meat looked dried out.
The food was made very very sloppy.
The burrito was barely closed and the wrapper for the burrito was not closed all the way. Most of the stuff fell out of the burrito.
When she made my bowl she stacked everything to 1 side. Leaking everywhere when I tried to open it. There was food all over the wrappers and container, very messy.
There was lettuce in my burrito bowl that I did not ask for that totally ruined the taste of my food.
I wish I could have taken pictures of everything but I was trying to be discreet. I was only able to get right in front of the register without people seeing me.
I would give it 0 stars if I could, but I will let that 1 star go to the guy who was sweeping and at least trying to do something productive.

So I ordered Chipotle online, feeling pretty good about life. I even showed up a few minutes early responsible adult behavior, right? They were still finishing my order (no problem, I get it burritos take time). I grab the bag, head home — literally ten blocks away. We’re talking a drive so short my YouTube ad didn’t even finish.
Now, when I got home my tummy was rumbling In anticipation for a tasty burrito. However, my tastebuds were only meet with a burrito so cold it jarred me back to child hood memories long forgotten. Not “a little room temp” cold. I mean polar express type cold. So cold, it felt like the Ice Age squirrel got dug up, only to be found clutching my burrito instead of a nut. My wife’s bowl? Totally fine. I just wanna know, did someone order the same exact burrito as I and just never pick it up, so y’all threw it in the fridge in hopes a second exact burrito order would come through, and you could just pawn it off to the next poor soul??
