I come to this location everyday and get the exact same thing I tell them extra they add normal amount I start saying a bunch and they still give me light amounts almost feel like it’s because I don’t tip but why would I tip when you can’t simply make a drink correctly? They close early most times and they will find any and every excuse to not open the store. This location it’s absolutely terrible.

NEVER order for in store pick up. They cater to the drive thru. Multiple people working and can’t get my drink to me until 10 minutes after they said it would be done. Might want to remove your in store pick up parking spots to MAX 10 minutes instead of 5.This used to be my favorite location; not anymore! Do better.☺️

I love this Starbucks because the staff is so friendly. They always help out when I’m missing a drink pick up and even when one of my friends forgot to send in an order, they prepared it as soon as she did. You can go to any Starbucks to get coffee but the staff here are fantastic and keep me coming back.

I ordered a peppermint mocha frappe no whip and non fat milk! When I got there they were out of peppermint and so I told them to make a pumpkin spice the same way. I got a whip, whole milk pumpkin spice. They said they could not update their app menu but every so often it says that they’re out of a certain server up on the app. They never have their lights on in their parking lot or in their building like it feels like they are closed when I arrive every time.

I would like to know what this is??? We ordered two caramel macchiato, and when we tried the coffee they tasted like nothing, we passed the drink to other glasses as you can see in the photo and even the coffees are different, we are supposed to order the same drink and they should be the same. And yes of course! They were very kind, but a false kindness, when they give you something that they know they are not doing something right, it is very bad to behave like that with a client, playing with the food, with something the person is going to ingest is totally miserable. This is the second time the same thing has happened to me and I’ve only been there three times.

Not my favorite coffee joint, but the Starbucks in my area has the best coffee drinks within a 5 mile radius. I do like their apple crisp oatmilk macchiato, as well as the chestnut praline latte (made with oatmilk). If the holiday drinks I mentioned aren’t available, the cafe mocha is my go to. The bacon gouda breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. The baristas are always friendly. BONUS…
