We had our wedding catered by black pond. The food was delicious, the pork was juicy and delicious and the chicken and Mac n cheese was great. Every guest was pleased with the food!! Not one complaint. Truly pleased with all aspects of our experience. The communication was great with mark and he saw to all our questions.

Great halfway point for us between MA & RI. Good, creative beers on tap & delicious smash burgers with apps. Also has a full bar for the ones in your life that don’t appreciate a fine craft beer. Well behaved dog & kid friendly too.

My fiance and I went for trivia last night. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and made our last date night before my fiance deploys absolutely amazing. Food, drinks and service were excellent and it’ll definitely be a regular spot from now on!

We recently discovered that Black Pond opened a kitchen and serves food. The vibe is laid back, casual with games to occupy your time and a full range of theme nights and special events.
Multiple taps of their house brews means there is bound to be something for everyone! I particularly like their hoppy, juicy ales.
Although their menu is limited, and features German food – their fries are done right (hand cut and cooked just right. ) And their pulled pork is delicious. Their pizza on the other hand was drowned in cheese and underwhelmed.
There is plenty if seating inside, tables outsides, and a prevent events room as well.
We are happy we found Black Pond and look forward to explore more of their menu and beers very soon.
Updated: I erroneously posted that they use peanut oil, however the folks at Black Pond shared that they do not so folk with peanut allergies can enjoy! Nice!!

On my first visit a few months back, being an Ultra girl who didn’t think she liked heavier beers, I wasn’t sure what to expect for brews…. Tried a few lighter brews, then I spied Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie Stout …. Whoa, really? Tried it and loved it!
The food selection, while limited is well thought out and amazing, I highly recommend the smash burger which is truly smashing.
The owners show their passion and everyone is welcoming and happy to share their knowledge. I’ve only visited after work so can’t speak of events, but they look like fun. I have become a regular visitor discovering that I do like these brews. This place is fantastic, give it a try…And another burger please 🙂

Edit: it wasn’t a cider, it was a sour. The Alice Scooper seen in the photo I attached.
Kind of bummed out. I live far away & I stopped at Black Pond on a quiet Sunday. The atmosphere and service was good and the food wasn’t bad. I really enjoyed the beer—got a flight assembled that I really loved.
The reason for 3 stars is because of the canned cider. I bought a 4 pack to take home. When I got home I had one. The carbonation was off the charts and the cider was more sour than I remembered on tap.
I didn’t think much of it and put the remaining 3 cans back in the fridge. Within a couple of weeks 2 of them exploded and one was about to. When I put them in the fridge the cans were in perfect condition. Either something went wrong during the fermentation stages or they’re selling infected cider. Was a big waste of money, a big mess to clean, and a disappointment since I’m not a local.

This is a takeout food review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the poutine, the schnitzel, and a pepperoni Flatbread. The poutine was excellent, great flavor and great fries. The schnitzel was OK, I just didn’t find a lot of flavor. The Flatbread was also excellent. Great crust and great sauce. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this (food only) 8.2.

Compared to many of the breweries I’ve been to, Black Pond Brews is a more intimate space. They had an excellent menu with some unique choices, particularly the Wiener schnitzel! We sat next to the window as we waited for our food, and I couldn’t help but notice the selection of games available, which is always a nice touch at a brewery. My fiancé enjoyed his beer (“Moves”, their flagship IPA), and we were definitely impressed by the soft pretzel bites and flavorful pork cutlets. I was a little sad that the pretzels didn’t come with a beer cheese, but the mustard butter was good! Their gravy on both the poutine and on the side of the wiener schnitzel was phenomenal. Limited outdoor seating was available, as well as a corn hole set, and it was nice to see that they were dog-friendly outside.

Loved every bite of our meal at the Farmhaus at Black Pond Brewing. The battenders were friendly and I loved my stout. Fried Pretzel bites are not to be missed, fried were delicious.

What a find! My family lives in the quiet corner, and I have really struggled to find a place to go out with them nearby. We found this place looking for somewhere with outdoor seating as we had two dogs in tow after a hike. I’m a big fan of breweries so thought I’d give it a try! We were all happy with our food. The schnitzel sandwich was very yummy. I also enjoyed the Blueberry Jalepeno beer and the Peach Cobbler Sour. We will be back!
