I was greeted by Anita, and I have to say, she had so much passion, energy, and compassion. She made us feel like she was inviting us into her own home and wanted to feed us like family. She patiently answered all our questions about our special dietary concerns, and honestly, it was so touching that it made us emotional.
When I asked her how I could show my appreciation, she simply said, “You being here means a lot to us.”
Panda Express wasn’t my first choice before I was just in a hurry and needed to eat. But because of Anita, I’ll absolutely be coming back. If anyone from corporate is reading this review, please do something to recognize her a raise, a promotion, something. She deserves it.

This is one of the best Panda Express restaurants I’ve been to. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. We sat outside where there’s a couple of tables and enjoyed the fresh air.

Food hold times are clearly not cutting it. The last several times I’ve ordered a premium entry, honey walnut shrimp it has been lukewarm and tasted as though it’d been sitting there for too long. The honey sesame chicken is hardly better.

Came in shortly before close and the restaurant was out of the food I was looking to order. The associate Andres and the other workers made my order fresh without complaint. I know it’s not convenient to make food as you’re cleaning the kitchen and restaurant, so it was appreciated 🙂 great service.

Been to this location several times never had an issue when the lady in the front asked me if I would like to donate the rest of my change I decided not to this time. After that, she had an attitude. Not to mention, the food was almost lukewarm to cold. I get better food and service in the Phoenix locations. And that’s saying a lot.

I order food from this panda off door dash and uber eats bc its the closet thing to my job. But every time i order from here they always mess my food up. This time, it took them 30 mins to prepare my food, but they gave me everything they made the day before. The food was not presentable, they didnt give me everything i asked for, and they left my bag all nasty and sticky. The food was soggy and pale like if its been sitting out for days. Sometimes i order meat and the meat is under cooked. My coworker got sick for eating raw meat from this panda.

I went there at 7pm and I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands and they told the bathroom were already close for the day, however the restaurant sign say open until 10pm, no customers were inside and the employees just chatting among themselves. Worst experience at a panda express, I just walked away.

Too scared to open their doors… you have to be served outside with your online order. Just an easy way to be cheap AF and not have more then 1 person working.
