Got home with my order my son ate first heard him scream ran to his attention to see roaches in his food when I called they wanted to make me another plater and said they will send a driver with the money after I told them I was going to report them they are closed at this time and will reopen soon do not eat here

Service is so below the standard it’s crazy. I scheduled an order at 10am for 11:30 on my lunch break. Get there at 11:35 and he’s acting like it’s his first time seeing my order. Not only that so busy pretending he doesn’t speak English. Whole time I been there before and spoke to him. Not able to handle any refunds or anything in store. I have to call a number to dispute my order I never got. Lied to me said he can make the food in 3 minutes. And 3 minutes later nothing to show. It’s close to my job and I was cool with It. But never again man. Never again. All I wanted was my money back to go somewhere else now I have to take time out my day to answer the phone and handle this. No help what so ever.

I ordered wings and fries and it was the worst I ever had .wings came back dark like they had been sitting for days and microwaved or cooked in old grease the French fries taste like old card board and I called to order twice and they brought me the same old greasy dark wings …this place needs to be shut down !!!

Food was completely undercooked. Rice undercooked and i tasted like they were still learning how to make it. Rice was more on the yellow side rice than chinese. Chicken broccoli sauce was red with bad taste and chicken wasn’t tender. The general tso’s chicken was also badddd. Do not recommend this place at all.

This place has changed over the years. The food is horrible. Bland tasting the meat was hard maybe it was old, not sure but I’ve been ordering from here for several years but over the last year or so the food has not been the same. Terrible! I will never order from here again!

We have tried all the local places and this one has the best bourbon chicken and general saos, they also have the Chinese donuts which most people don’t carry and they still give fortune cookies which most places have regressed from

They charged us the same but did not give us nearly the same amount as when we take to go.. we had no left overs but usually we have enough for lunch the next day. They didn’t give us fortune cookies or the free drink that typically comes with delivery.

This place is the worst place ever the food has gotten worse the service is the worst. I bought some food last night they made a mistake and gave me the wrong 2 L soda I called back and I was told by the manager that they will send someone to replace it I waited all night they never came she lied I called back in the morning and they got the nerve to tell me that the manager did what she could lying is not doing what you could you don’t treat your customers like they’re not worth anything if it wasn’t for your customers you wouldn’t even have a restaurant!!! And I’m only giving them one star because I have to if it was up to me they get no stars !!!
