When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

I’m a local in East Palo Alto and every time I come in, I am always greeted with a warm welcome. The customer service is beyond great and they truly care for their customers. When it comes to getting your food out they usually take a reasonable amount of time and almost always make sure to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Definitely an underrated spot!

This team is such a wonderful group of people. So patient and accommodating. Even as I wait they are greeting people by name cause it is clear that they care about their customers and do their job so well and efficiently. I placed a large catering order here yesterday for pickup today, and I was nervous something would go wrong (as often happens with online orders). But everything went right, and I was so pleased with the customer service! The order was completely right, ready on time, all the boxed lunches were individually labeled, and the manager (owner?) even helped me out to my car. I wanted to write a positive review as soon as I could, since good service these days is so hard to come by. Thank you for the great service – my colleagues were happy!

A great lunch was enjoyed by our group of 20. The Uber driver forgot to bring the drinks, so the owner had one of his own employees bring us the drinks ASAP. Great service!
