Came to the brewery for date night with my hubby and we ordered a small pizza to split. We ordered the honey garlic chicken. The pizza came out pretty quickly and was so delicious, we devoured it pretty quickly. The staff was very accommodating and definitely seems hard working. With how busy the brewery was during a downpour, they were non stop moving pizzas. Great pizza! Definitely will have to come back and try the other specialty pizzas offered here.

We stopped in to celebrate Lexington pizza week and were not disappointed! The pizza was delicious and it was a fun space that was shared with Mirror Twin Brewing.

Ordered a sandwich to share. Small with very scant filling $22. Also asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, tough. Total with tip (%18 , generous considering absolutely no table service) $48. And we left hungry. The price didn’t include beverages.

Okay, so after initially having a not so great experience here, we gave it another shot because we are constantly at Mirror Twin.

Monet was just about the nicest server I’ve ever had here, give her a raise!! very communicative, friendly and bright.

Goat cheese flat bread is excellent. Light, crispy crust and a good covering of toppings. Only recommendation would be to do make a whipped goat cheese to make it more spreadable and even across the whole thing. 8/10

Bruschetta is really fresh, but could use a bit more seasoning. Bread is really good too, still crunchy on the bottom so it clearly hasn’t been sitting around. 7/10

Maple bacon pizza is a 10/10 today. Good topping proportions and spread. Great amount of char. Who ever was doing it was paying attention.

Service is non-existent, they wanted tip but couldn’t be bothered to bring napkins to table when served. Had to go to separate line to get drink, choose water so we also had to get that on our own. Pizzas are good but over priced. The franchise in versailles is better. Finally got to last bite of pizza and found a chunk of the pizza oven in it. Luckily it fell off the slice before I took a bite.

Mirror Twin is great, but Rolling Oven has terrible customer service. Every time I have came here and ordered food, it has been over an hour before getting food even when the tap room barely has any people in it. It took over an hour to make buffalo chicken dip. Not worth the wait and not worth $20 dollars.

EDIT: Nick, thanks for the reply. I’ve been a fan for a long and I appreciate the transparency. Definitely willing to give you all the benefit of the doubt. I read through your Instagram post and wish you the best. Will be by for another try sometime soon

A far cry from what Rolling Oven used to be like. ~$40 for a large pizza, over an hour wait. Hair and a piece of metal found in the pizza.

Fine with the wait considering we were here on a Saturday during a Cats game but there’s no excuse for the non-pizza objects being found…

Dear Rolling Oven,
We have loved you from the start. We have celebrated milestones at different locations. We continue to come and support you for the flavors but we sincerely miss the consistency and abundance of toppings. If you need to raise the prices yet again we are here for it, but I continue to trust the process until I get home and then realize I should’ve ordered more. Here are two cheese pizzas- first picture is from 2018 for $12 and second 2024 for $20. How do we get back to perfection?

My coworkers and I were there last Wednesday for trivia night. The bourbon bba chicken pizza was great, as was the potato skin appetizer. The pizza seemed to take a while to come out, but they were busy. Trivia was fun, even though the DJ was a bit pedantic.

The pizza here is great and the Mirror Twin complex has a nice bar atmosphere with seating inside and out. We ordered our pizza from the counter inside, but I believe you can order via a QR Code from your table. We ordered the Cheese Sticks (they didn’t last long), a small Honey Garlic Pizza, and a regular Supreme. While the pizzas aren’t cheap, they are quality and two people may be able to split a small with no leftovers.
