Excellent service. Rachel and Tristan are great. I asked their names because they are always so nice unlike some of the locally owned places here in Wagoner. They could take lessons from this Sonic. Excellent place to enjoy anytime of day. I will keep going here and avoid the local dining places at all costs.

Our burgers were made completely sloppy missing a 3rd party that we paid for on one of the burgers was supposed to have a strawberry slush with nerds add and they just added strawberry to a nerd slushy completely backwards from what I ordered along with the charge of having my drink made that way so 2 different extra charges for the things we ordered and didn’t receive!!! Then to top it off they have no number to get ahold of someone to fix your messed up food!!! Over all very disappointing I don’t recommend this sonic to anyone!!!!and to mention how burnt my number one was

If Ki is not working everything is crap. Theydo not take care of their customers if your order a large mot you get 1 tiny thing of sauce. If you ask for more they treat you like crap.

They could not answer a simple question whether or not their Frank’s used in their Honey what was that you got at Sonic the other day and they didn’t know if The hot dog was beef or pork. They did not bother to ask either. Then they got to order wrong. But the manager did offer a free drink which we did not take advantage of.

I usually love sonic but the last 2 times have not been great. Heres todays issues. A burger that looked like burger casserole. The shake ran all over my glass table my clothes and floor do to the little hole in the bottom of my cup. Nothing was marked. so, ended up eating half of each other’s lunch before realizing that it wasnt our order.

What is so hard about putting no cheese on a burger? We said “junior burger, just ketchup, bun, and meat. No cheese.” And then reiterated by saying the person it was for us very picky and will cry if there’s cheese on it. Get it, check it. There’s cheese. We send it back in. They just scrape the cheese off! You don’t just take the burger back and scrape off the cheese. Incredibly disappointed tonight. And of course, the person it was for couldn’t even eat it.

This sonic will forever be our go to spot when we come through for deliveries. Our service was phenomenal, our car hop, Steven, even smiled when he saw me taking pictures. The fact that the owners thought about the massive semi traffic and our need for food as well makes my heart beyond happy knowing we were thought about and catered to for once. Our food was hot and tasted amazing. Your store deserves more recognition! We’ve passed by it so many times not knowing! Y’all need a huge sign saying big rigs welcome! Thank you Sonic in Wagoner!

I had given up on eating at Sonic anymore because 90% of the time the food was garbage. I don’t live in Wagoner, but pass through several times a week. Every time I have given this Sonic a chance it’s been great! Good tots that don’t taste like every other fried food. Great service. This is the only Sonic I will eat at now days.

We made a mobile order while passing through. Got there one minute before our time window. Waited almost 30 minutes to even get our food. 20 minutes in they said they were out of corn dogs and I asked them to replace it with the jr double cheeseburgers instead. Finally came back with our food and still missing one item and they gave us regular double cheeseburgers. Larger burgers, cool, but did not want mayo and all the extra stuff on it (which is why I ordered the jr double.)
The ladies seemed so clueless and confused. Drive through was slowly getting there stuff but the 3 cars including us sat far too long.
