Would not recommend for anyone of African American decent, I walked in and the employees just looked at me and my wife didn’t say anything and never asked what I wanted to order just stared at me until I ordered, food was overpriced and took longer than it should to get our food, I would never go back.

There were 4 employees working when we visited. They were all nice, so good customer service is clearly a thing here. With that said, they were a bit too talkative and none of them had on masks. I debated eating there, but lack of masks is a constant and unfortunate thing in Mississippi. I also didn’t like the fact that so many hands (although gloved) were touching the sandwiches. It took 3 people to make the sandwich.
I was extremely disappointed in the food. The ingredients appeared to be low quality. I ordered the #9 Club Supreme. The roast beef and turkey tasted like water, no taste at all. My sandwich was dressed with almost everything and the only thing I tasted was the bacon. The bread was hard and not good either. I ate less than half of my 7 inch sandwich and threw the rest away. The other guest did the same. I’ve been wanting to eat at Jersey Mike’s for the longest, but apparently I haven’t been missing anything.

First time Jersey Miker here. Talk about a clean restaurant! So nice to see sanitizer pumps full, bathrooms clean and floors freshly mopped. I had the Philly combo w/ chips and a Stubborn Vanilla Creme Soda. I didn’t realize until after I received my order that I could have gotten “the juice” (vinegar and oil mix) which I think would have helped the overall dryness. It was pretty good, but I will probably opt for something different next time. The American cheese had a really sweet flavor to it, that I didn’t personally prefer. My friend had the Italian sandwich. I got a bite and it was delicious. Not at all dry! The munchkin had a kid’s meal with a ham and cheese sandwich and chocolate chip cookie. She was a fan. Ordering was a bit confusing and we weren’t sure where to stand, but other than that, we were pleased.

This was my first time going to the restaurant and getting a gluten free sandwich. Mariah, Lance, and Queen were working. I have a gluten allergy, and they did everything to make me feel comfortable and safe when ordering a gluten free sandwich. They made sure to change gloves, use a special knife, and prepare my sandwich in a dedicated gluten free area. The customer service was amazing, and my sandwich was delicious. My boyfriend got a regular hot sandwich, and he said his was delicious as well!
