We had ordered pizza for carry out from Auburn Pizza Hut, due to the special. I got an email confirmation stating they received it, was told it was being prepared then another notice stating it was going to be done in 6 minutes. I go inside, was asked my name, was told it would be a few minutes. I waited for what felt like forever. I was then asked my name again to be told that they didn’t have my pizzas! They blamed the online service. They told me that they could remake our pizzas and it would be an hour wait ( it was only 30 minutes the 1st order) I told them to forget it! I called Garrett Pizza Hut and asked to speak to a Manager, I explained my situation and asked if she could honor the online price and she said yes! Thanks again Gabby! We truly appreciate it as we had our grandkids and we didn’t want them disappointed!

We had an issue with our 1st order. Called and spoke to the manager in charge, Alana. She was very nice and took care of our needs and complaint. Remade the order and gave us a free pizza for next time along with a 2-liter for the inconvenience. She was super polite and very apologetic and great customer service all around.

They think this is okay to deliver. Very messy cannot even open the container or remove it from the bag without making a mess everywhere. They also forgot the ranch which I ordered extra which also costs extra. I will probably be ordering from the other store from now on. Something is always wrong with our order at this store.

Cute little Pizza Hut. Cashier was friendly, one small table if you wanted to eat inside. The pizza exceeded my expectations for it being Pizza Hut. I ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza. Carry out special for 9.99. I would have liked it to have more sauce, there was slice of pepper on my pizza and a mushroom underneath the pie. They are charging 1$ for crushed red pepper. I’m not a fan of that but the cashier did give me one for free. Overall it wasn’t bad.

Sep 17 2026 5 pm payed for food they made me pull around said they bring it out and never did after 25 mins I went in and they did indeed forget about me they did nothing to compensate for there mess up and the people in front me left with out there food even after paying for it ….you need to speak to people today they were very rude and disrespectful

I order from here often and the people are always so generous. The food is always done rather fast, and ALWAYS tastes amazing. I do have the issue that if you order for delivery you have to spend a certain amount, but I can look past it. Recommend the chicken and fries or the bacon cheese sticks

Place to call ahead pick up order Two hours in advance. It wasn’t ready when I arrived. They had not thawed their dough. I waited another 12 minutes. When opening the pizzas, one pizza with thin crust and the other eight pizzas that were supposed to be hand tossed look just like the thin crust. There was also difficulty placing an order on their app. I was told there was nothing they could do and had no control over their app.
