Amazing service, staff was amazing and respectful, i had my kids with me and we all know how little ones are, they took there time with them to make sure they had a great experience and got what they wanted, thank you so much my family will be back, very clean everything looked fresh and tasted amazing

I walked in and wanted a sandwich but had to use the bathroom and they would not let me use the bathroom until I ordered my sandwich. Then when I paid for my sandwich it was $3 more than what was on the menu They did not correct it Or apologize Just told me I was out of luck. Very rude made the experience horrible The sandwich Was pretty good Once I took it to my car And ate it But For 14 I would have much rather gone someplace local that would have appreciated my business People with these kind of attitudes In customer service Are ruining This type Of business

Stopped to use the restroom. My elderly mother rushed into the restroom. The workers were exceptionally rude. We decided to leave because of their attitude. I will make a point to avoid this location.

We were exceptionally glad we chose this Subway as our dinner tonight! The employee’s name was TJ, and he made our visit absolutely perfect! The subs were exactly as ordered, took no time at all, and he was the perfect mixture of respectfulness and entertainment! We will come here as often as possible, hoping to be lucky enough to be taken care of by TJ!

I was going to have lunch here, but when I walked in, no employees were there. I completely understand employees needing breaks, so I waited for the employee to return. She walked in from outside and came around behind the counter. After touching her face she started pulling the papers that my sandwich was going to be built on out without putting gloves on. She asked me with contempt “what can I get you?” I told her “you know what, nevermind. If you can’t even bother to wash your hands when you come in from outside, I don’t want a sandwich here.”

Went in today and only 1 person was there with people wrapped to the door and all in the lobby and they just kept coming in while we was eating and the lady working just kept smiling and clearly over exhausted knocked the lines out. Not sure her name but this was around 1pm and that was probably the best sub I have ever got there. Whoever runs marshall needs to give her a raise and keep her because that’s ridiculous to schedule 1 person like that and she nailed it but that amount day in and day out eventually will run a employee off.
