If only we have “0” as an option to rate food/service/atmosphere. The problem is the service and the lady who I was trying to order from was THE RUDEST staff I have encountered when ordering food. I canceled my order and told her she was rude and it’s not worth investing my money on service that was despicable. She did not even let me finish ordering, kept cutting off saying “is that all? what’s next? common, yeah yeah”. Really? I cut her off to tell how she’s just rude and not worth me investing in the store and to cancel the order.
This concerns seems to be resonating on the staff in the morning (looking at prior reviews). The staff in the afternoon, particularly male with the beard, is the kindest and professional staff I look forward to seeing there. Maybe they should think about switching him to the morning shift, make him a shift manager, and boost up the customer service. Customers are not only paying for the product, but their experience and service at the location. This lady needs to be let go! Obviously, she doesn’t care if she keeps the customers coming back or not.
To the owner: Do something to improve this concern from many of the customers on here, make a change so the people investing in your business has a good experience and want to continue to come back.
I go to the gas station associated with the same location, but I have stopped going to this Dunkin, instead I go to the one in Libertyville where the customer service is much better and the service is faster.

I come here often through drive through on my way to work and the Customer service is so rude ! I don’t even leave reviews , kinda going out of my way to do this one cause I am so offended and disgusted . An OLDER woman who works there often is also rude , nasty and very dismissive to customers .
Going through the reviews and seeing others experience this and nothing being done is disheartening. I will be calling the BB and cooperate to see what can be done ….
If you don’t like people , how about not working a job that you have to interact with them? Humility and kindness goes a long way. I’d say this whole location needs to be shut down and investigated

I’ve been here twice it’s right by my job…. I’m not even surprised at the reviews cause they are TRUE. In the early morning the ladies there are super rude, nasty tone like they hate their job. I was even extra nice to see if they would change the attitude and nope . Rude as hell. Never coming here again . Rather go to the one close by in Lake Bluff Foreal .

I went in today to order coffee I normally don’t drink dunkin doughnuts coffee very often. I saw they had new flavors. I went in to order frozen mint chip chocolate frozen coffee and I got the cookie dough one and it’s really good. Not complaining for the wrong coffee but Definitely going to get it again.

I go every morning, the employees aren’t particularly nice. Understaffed. Usually a long wait for a simple cup of coffee. It is faster to drive down the street to the Dunkin at Waukegan and rockland then it is to get a cup of coffee here if there’s one person in front of you.

Constantly out of Jelly Donuts before 7am at least 3 days a week they will be out. Just the basic jelly donuts is too difficult for this team to make.

Horrible service! Even spoke to Betty or whatever her name was. (Higher up manager or owner) Told me she would handled the employee who was so incredibly disrespectful. She even offered me a complementary drink and food item that I never received via email as she claimed to send me. Recently, I went back to get attitude all over again by the same employee. This location is garbage.

October 6th. Sunday 5:30pm. Woman refused to sell me a coffee saying “she is done for today”. Store should be open until 6pm and it didn’t look at all they’re closed.
