My honest review is that it’s okay, but not great. I reserve 5 star reviews for something that I feel is outstanding. In my opinion this was not that. I guess I just prefer oxtails Caribbean style, but I give them 4 stars because it’s reasonably priced compared to other places. Also, the service is good and I can tell the ladies work hard. Again, I don’t hate it, but it’s not something I absolutely loved enough to want again. I wish them the best! God bless y’all.

If you’re looking for a place that makes you question your life choices—like why you ever tried that sad salad diet—Nana’s Soul Food is it! I dove into the oxtails over rice and gravy, and let’s just say my taste buds threw a block party. The oxtails were so tender they practically filed for emancipation, swimming in their savory gravy like they were on a tropical vacation.
Those mac and cheese? If comfort food had a royal family, this would be the king—creamy, cheesy, and so good I might have proposed to it. The collard greens were the wise, seasoned sage, keeping my health in check while I lounged with corn bread that was fluffier than a cloud made of butter.
In short, Nana’s is where you go to feel every emotion at once—happiness, nostalgia, and that overwhelming urge to unbutton your pants. This meal was so good, I’m considering adding it to my resume under “skills.” If heavenly cuisine had a name, it’d be Nana. Go get your soul fed!

This place is incredible. The fried chicken is always fried perfectly with excellent flavor. The sweet potatoes are amazing. It seems like this place gets that food tastes better when served with a smile and genuine and welcoming attitude
The prices are incredible. If you have kids, this place is it. It is impossible to find a better deal for your kids, that your kids will also love. My daughter absolutely LOVES their spaghetti, and I do as well. For 4 bucks you get a decent helping of spaghetti(or fried chicken or mac n cheese or etc), a bag of chips, and a drink. FOR FOUR DOLLARS! You can get 2 awesome tasting meals for your kid for 10 bucks.
This place is a gift directly from God and as many people need to frequent it as often as possible

I had heard great things about Nana Soul Food and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered meals for myself, my wife, and our two children—and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As good as the reviews were, they didn’t fully capture just how incredible the food truly is.

Went to the grand opening 5/3 and did not leave disappointed. I got oxtails and gravy over rice with greens and Mac and cheese, cornbread. Great portion sizes so I ate on it for most of the day. Also had some of the best lemon cake I’ve ever tried! I’m definitely going back!
