Great gelato options for the sweet tooth out there. Piccolo offers a wide array of deliciously made gelatos, and I can say we loved all that we tried. Special shoutout to their guava flavor, probably the best I’ve had. Service was good, and the place is located in the charming Via Mizner in Palm Beach. Seating, however, was scarce – but that was the only disappointment there.

8:55 they are pretending that they don’t see anyone. The place should be open till 9:00. I am wondering if their boss knows that they are closing the door in front of the customers noses. Very disappointing!!! The ice cream is good. The employees are very very unprofessional and rude. They shouldn’t work here

I can’t say enough about how good their gelato/sorbet is!!! I had the mango sorbet and it was like eating a delicious mango smoothie lol. It was so soft and creamy and tasted fresh. My friends had the peach sorbet and another tried their gelato (vanilla). Each of them agreed that it was the best they had ever tasted. Highly recommend this location (although note, they close fairly early).

Outstanding service and mouthwatering gelato options. I’m a traditionalist with my flavor choices but the mango, coconut, and passion fruit options were surprisingly stunning. We got the small kiddie cup which was plenty per person but the taste is so incredible that I can see why you might want a larger portion!

One of the best gelatos in South Florida. I had pistachio and hazelnut and it was perfect, delicious. The small size is with two flavors for $6.5 is the right price for me and you get a good amount of ice cream. Service is fast, small place

Piccolo Gelato, situated near Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, is an excellent option for sorbet or gelato.
My favorite flavor is mango. It was absolutely delicious.
I would suggest this as a delightful dessert to enjoy after dinner.

Piccolo Gelato offered a mixed experience during a weekday visit. A slight wait was encountered upon arrival, and the establishment, primarily designed for quick gelato purchases, features limited standing tables by the front windows. Seating outside is scarce, posing a challenge during busy periods. A significant disappointment was the limited flavor selection; only six options were available, contrary to the advertised range. Crucially, this information was not communicated until the point of ordering, placing patrons under pressure to make immediate decisions amid a queue.
The gelato itself yielded varying results. The lemon flavor lacked a pronounced lemony taste and left an unpleasant medicinal aftertaste. Similarly, the pistachio flavor was underwhelming, failing to deliver the expected robust pistachio essence. The salty caramel, however, proved to be the highlight, achieving a well-balanced flavor profile. Conversely, the waffle accompanying the gelato was noticeably stale, suggesting it was not freshly made.
Overall, Piccolo Gelato’s experience was marred by the limited flavor availability, inadequate communication, and inconsistent gelato quality. While the salty caramel was commendable, the other flavors and the stale waffle detracted from the experience. I would only consider returning on an exceptionally hot day when a quick, cooling treat is urgently needed. The lack of seating and the potential for limited flavor options remain significant drawbacks.

What a gem of a place. We got a medium with 3 flavors and they really packed it. Great value for top quality. We’ll be coming back here often.

Ordered a small 2 scoop of pistachio and dark chocolate and it was delicious. The small size is very small, so if you’re trying to watch your calories I’d say this is a decent size
