First I would like to say its located beautifully downtown, so its aesthetic is beautiful! Anyhow I swung in today looking for a last minute cake for my husband. Was very pleased they had fresh cakes available and I didnt have to get a grocery store cake. Anyhow, me and my little one also tried their snickerdoodle cookies. Very tasty and moist. The cake was the same. I would love to add they had crazy water from mineral wells which I just love seeing businesses support eachother. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend

Back Home Bakery is absolutely incredible! They created a wedding cake for us with a custom icing treatment that was picture perfect—exactly what we had envisioned, down to every last detail. Beyond the cake, we had a dessert table with nine different treats, and every single one was a hit. Guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and beautiful everything was—it was truly a dessert lover’s dream. Of all the comments we’ve received about the wedding, the biggest one of all was about these desserts.
We did tastings at three other bakeries, but Back Home was a cut above anything else we found. Their attention to detail, artistry, and sheer quality of their work is unmatched. Now, every time we want a sweet treat—whether for a holiday or just because—they are our only stop.
Even though we aren’t sharing photos (we want our wedding day to remain a private, special memory just for us), trust us when we say everything looked and tasted phenomenal.
