This is NOT the original Sofiabella. New owners who maintained the name. I ordered a wrap. It was alright. Grilled chicken had an odd flavor as if the flat top has not been cleaned in a bit or maybe the previous item cooked on it was burned and the flavor transferred to my chicken. Tomatoes seemed mushy or wilted. Same with the lettuce. Now I know it was take out and sat prior to me eating it but I don’t normally have that issue elsewhere. Maybe use a slaw style mix or heartier lettuce variety that can stand up to take out. Honey mustard was just a mini cup of Ken’s honey mustard, not very good. The new owners are very pleasant and sociable. They seem eager to continue the restaurant in Bensalem. They have some work to do. If I based my patronage just on this visit I would not return. Ultimately I think they need a fresh coat of paint, brighten up the lighting/decor, give the kitchen a good once over and pay attention to product quality and preparation.
Side note: just from ordering from them over the phone, I began receiving text messaging as if I signed up to receive offers/news/updates. I never did. Neither did anyone there ask my permission to do so. Not cool.

Stopped in today to satisfy a spicy chicken cheese steak craving. Found out the establishment is under new management, had the pleasure of meeting the owner too. Food was absolutely amazing.

The cheesesteak was below standard, mid! They legit asked what size steak I wanted when I ordered it and I was like large and this is a large!?!?!? I know bodegas with better food and bigger bang for your buck. Not only the size, the taste that it’s in a foam box, but the price is crazy for this. $40 bucks for two of these, fries and a soda. We need to do better, better food, better portions and prices that reflect the portion. Like we’re not that far from Philly. I don’t recommend cheesesteaks from here.

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Sofia Bella’s over the weekend and I can’t say enough great things about them; from the food to the outstanding customer service that you just don’t find anymore. The owners are sweet as pie, personable and aimed to please and they did just that. Our guests raved about the food and some of the comments we received were:

I recently visited Sofiabella Pizzeria and tried their pizza. I must say, the pizza was absolutely delicious! It was evident that the restaurant has undergone a change in management, as all the old recipes have been replaced with new and improved ones. The staff was very polite and welcoming, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant itself was adorned with unique and interesting décor, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. Overall, I would say that Sofiabella Pizzeria is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. The food is great, and the service and atmosphere are equally amazing.

Placed an order at 6:25 PM for delivery by 7:02 PM. By 7:25 PM, the food still wasn’t ready for Uber pickup — apparently “delivery time” is just a suggestion here. Should’ve listened when people said this place has gone downhill. Lesson learned.

Decided to stop in for a late (2) plain slice lunch accompanied by a Wild Cherry Pepsi fountain soda. Slices were under temperature, warm, not hot. Extreme “flop” on the slices, heavy on the cheese, poor quality and light on the sauce, almost couldn’t taste the sauce. Slices were loaded with grease (check out the photo). I literally got the only (2) slices available which is likely why they weren’t of good quality. I have eaten here many times in the past and today’s visit is not indicative of their pizza in the past, it was much better. Crust had zero crunch, in fact I felt like I was eating a chewy candy, very disappointing. I will be back though, they have earned equity with me and I know their potential. I may have just visited them on a bad day.
