I went to subway frandor today and was greeted by the general manager Kami , very kind even though she was busy she made sure to move efficiently and make everyone waiting in the store happy and a very welcoming environment we will be back . And my sandwhich was the best one I’ve had so far made by subway . Keep up the great work !

I would leave less then one star , I felt bad for the only guy working at first he had nothing on the line and was backed up. I waited over 20 mins patiently. The second guy came in on his day off to help. But he didn’t even want to come to the line. I then asked for a salad and he huffed to go grab a bowl . He then said veggies . I said lettuce and spinach please. I could see none on the line but figured he could go in back to grab at least a bag of lettuce. Instead just said well this is all we got and didn’t even attempt to make my visit happy. I then still politely said I will pass then and walked out . I work by this store and used to frequent this place often. But from now on I will drive some where else to eat. This is sad because just last year I left a wonderful review for this store

Came in to get dinner and only one person was working! She didn’t know what was on the menu and only after I paid did I see ANTS. ANTS!!!!! Ants on the counter where you pay and on the soda machine. I made a report to the state, those employees deserve better and the people deserve a clean place to eat.

Heavy set guy is terrible. Customer service skills are non existent. He rubs his hands and gloves on everything while he’s making the sandwiches. He just throws stuff around and tosses the food on the bread. They were out of everything. Only had half the meats. Over charged me and didn’t put the correct amount of meat or cheese on the sub. They were out of bags as well. Subway is just not the place to go anymore. Especially this location

One of the worst places to eat because of the very rude employees. It can ruin your whole day. Would to stay hungry over ordering here again. It was OCTOBER 11 -2025 at 3 PM for the management to know how was working there. I asked here to change the gloves because she touched beef and I don’t want my sub to be contaminated by meat because I’m muslim and don’t want non halal food getting close to my food and she was very ride about it and she honestly ruined my day.

genuinely the worst subway in this area, please don’t waste your money here.
ordered online and got a completely different sandwich, waited for 20 minutes while the guy flirted with some girl even though my order was 30 minutes prior

Most obnoxious interaction with a subway worker ever. Larger guy working has the worst customer service. They were out of meatballs which is fine, I asked if I could get something else he just said “no, you have to reorder.” This place is poorly ran to say the least.

Brought a team bus for lunch and was turned away by the worker who was outside smoking. He said he didn’t have enough help to feed the bus. I asked if we could just do 5 to 10 people and he said no. As we pulled away a van pulled up and got in line to be served and he went to making their sub without washing his hands. C’mon man.

Placed order online and waited 20 minutes before heading to restaurant. Get there and not only is my order not ready but the employee is just moving as slow as he can. Talking with another customer not in any rush to make my order. Won’t be using this Subway again

How can this place always be out of something? Literally the last 3 times ive been in there. No meatballs. The pickles are NOT subway pickles, no olives, no peppers….and the “artists” aren’t nearly as good as the ones at the Lake Lansing location. That one is never out of anything and theyre always way faster and do a better job. Worth the extra drive. Might as well shut this location down.
