I have to say the shrimp tempura spicy tuna roll was not good. The yummy sauce is true to its name it was yummy. The shrimp scallop and chicken with mixed vegetables and fried rice hibachi was very good. The service was mediocre at best. If I didn’t see somebody there the day before and ask if they were open and they said not until tomorrow, I would’ve guessed it was rundown place because it from the outside it looked like it was completely closed. I know Kentucky isn’t known for sushi. But come on if you want to be a hotspot, you better bring your A game I give them a C-. My overall score would be 2.5

probably the healthiest lunch in the area. This is the Sashimi Bento Box with egg roll, rangoons, full spicy crab and avocado roll – and it also comes with a massive order of fried rice (which I skip) – and this is the seaweed salad – I always love theirs. Drive-thru and Take out is our go-to here. and it has an open kitchen so you can see them make the food – that’s a nice touch that we like.

A nice and quiet Japanese fast food in Lawrenceburg, KY offers large selection of sushi, hibachi meals and many others. Food was great. Sushi made fresh to order and staff were really nice and helpful. This restaurant open 6 days a week and closed on Mondays. This is the second time we are at Sakura and it won’t be the last.

We’re from Louisville. But, was in town picking up my mom’s camper from a body shop a few miles down the road. We decided to stop in here for lunch & was not disappointed. The lady at the register was patient with us when we were trying to figure out what to order. There’s plenty of seating inside. Staff was friendly. Food was piping hot & delicious. Prices were decent & on par with other hibachi/sushi takeout establishments. They do have a drive-thru which is a plus for people who don’t wanna leave their vehicle. I’d definitely eat here again next time I’m in town!

Great food and great value. We loved the fried pork gyoza, hibachi steak and fried rice, definitely coming back to try the sushi. One note, the General Tso’s is very different from typical Chinese takeout (more like a barbecue style sauce on the chicken). I realize this is a Japanese restaurant and was surprised to see it on the menu and had to try it. Not what I expected but not bad either!

I’ve ate here multiple times now and have not been disappointed. Taste and presentation was great. The flavors were on point. I will absolutely be going back for more.
As a note, they had some issues keeping up with demand opening weekend. It’s evened out now. My order was ready in about 25 minutes eating there through the week.

Ordered online while at a local winery and it was ready in 21 mins – via Front DoorDash (pick up at drive thru) the Chicken Fried Rice and Hibachi Chicken were very good, super clean and lean meat – the 5spice soy dippin sauce was great! The apps were all very good – pork egg roll, steamed gyoza and crab Rangoon were all very tasty and fresh! Not sure where other reviewers ate that gave less than 4 stars ⭐️ but for little Lburg this was some very tasty Japanese/Chinese food that would beat larger city joints.

The food is good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is also excellent. I scored it a 3 because the prices are very high for a fast food restaurant. The prices are for a high-dollar Japanese restaurant, not for fast food. If they dropped the prices, they would have a lot more business. For what you pay here, it is better to go to a better restaurant further away than here. The food is good, but there are better Japanese restaurants to go to for the price.

Best Japanese restaurant EVER!! Food was so good had egg rolls, best crab Rangoon I’ve ever had, and ramen. Got an order to go and they add dumplings for me to try. So sweet and nice! I highly recommend!!!

The sushi is amazing! Very filling and fresh. The fact you can watch your sushi being prepared at the counter makes it an even more enjoyable experience. The ramen is also very good the broth has lots of flavor that blends well with the other ingredients. The place is very clean and well kept. Most restaurants you can see aren’t the most clean but here they do a good job at cleaning up.
