Very good service and amazing artichoke dip. Ask to substitute the chips that come with it for sourdough bread. 10/10!!

Worst. Food. Ever. Like seriously, no lie. Our dinner was completely inedible. The spinach and artichoke dip was so mayonnaise-y and oily that it remained entirely untouched, and the Chicken Piccata that I ordered (which is normally one of my favorite meals) was so salty, that it tasted like someone had dropped an entire salt shaker on there by mistake (or at least I’m hoping it wasn’t intentional), because it was bad, bad, bad. Like so bad, I gave up after 2 or 3 bites and just threw everything into the garbage. A complete waste of money on a Friday night when I was already so hungry I would’ve eaten just about anything… well, almost. Total disappointment.

The food here is great! They have a good menu and great specials. I’ve been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. All the food is good, but the pasta is super yummy! They have indoor and outdoor seating. The desserts are good as well. I highly recommend!

Lunch with friends on the balcony made for a fun afternoon. Iced tea with sky views, fabulous service by Skye and nice menu options. We’ll be back.

Walty’s Spinach Salad was pretty good. Ok service, great strong Jack & coke. Has outdoor seating, inside a little mall.

We went here for dinner on a Saturday night at around 7pm, and the restaurant was empty, except for 3 people sitting in the bar area. We used to come here regularly up until about 10 years ago, and the place was always full on a Friday or Saturday night. We like the atmosphere of the restaurant. It has a very warm, sort of rustic vibe. It’s sad that it seems to be dying, it used to be a popular family dining spot. It may be because the plaza has fallen into disrepair.
There were no servers present, and the bartender was taking care of everyone. She was doing her best, but not able to be as attentive as a waitress would be.
Food was a mixed bag, good and bad. My wife ordered the Fettuccine ($17) with a cup of chowder (add $3). Both were good. The chowder was a little too fishy tasting for my wife, but I thought it was quite good. The Fettuccine was very rich and cheesy.
I ordered the Bleu Cheese Burger ($17) with tots. It had some kind of thick brown sauce that tasted like soy sauce. It did not blend well with the bleu cheese crumbles. I did not care for it at all, and didn’t finish it.
They didn’t have any stout or porter beer, which I prefer. So we just had water to drink.
I’m not sure what it will take to save Walter Mitty’s, but I hope they figure it out. We might come back if in the area to see if things have improved.

Another enjoyable visit to Walter Mitty’s. We had our usual martinis and manhattens along with cheeseburgers and fries. Always friendly table service brought our drinks cold and the food hot. Mountain Park

Food was good, service was meh. Low energy staff when the place was pretty empty. Wanted to get a whiskey on the rocks, website said it was the Thursday drink special. Asked the waitress said she didn’t know and left it at that. I asked after the meal if their website was up to date and she said she didn’t know. That’s bad service. In this day and age, good service can be hard to find, and I didn’t find it here. Sorry Walter, I won’t be back for a second chance.
