The food was delicious, but the portion size didn’t justify the price. We specifically asked about vegetarian options, and the server wasn’t very helpful in explaining what was available.
We dined in, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t very pleasant. The employees were joking around loudly, which made the environment quite noisy and distracting. It felt more like a college cafeteria than a decent dine-in restaurant. The owner should consider training the staff to maintain a calmer and more professional atmosphere for dine-in customers.

The food was amazing! It was my first time at this location – they give generous portions! I got chicken burrito with lots of toppings (cheese, tomato, lettuce and sour cream). I also got some tortila chips and guacamole. The employees were working hard and super friendly – it’s clear they get along and work well together. The vibe was great.

This location is not punctual at all! Just last week they opened @11:30 when the hours of operation is 10:45 opening . Im standing here today its 11:20 as i type and business is still not open & employees don’t acknowledge you. We spend time wasted on lunch break

There is a rice and cheese czar !!! Tiny portion size. I am vegetarian with an avocado allergy. I have to always ask for more rice like come on. Please visit a different location. She always loves to say what she cannot do. Like I am paying more than $12 for two tiny scoops of rice.

This Chipotle is a complete joke. I paid over $16 for what they call a burrito, but it looked more like a sad tortilla with trust issues. Half of it was air. I’ve seen thicker sandwiches in a hospital cafeteria. They barely put any rice, two lonely beans, and like three pieces of chicken that looked like they were fighting for their lives. The guy rolling it up acted like guacamole was liquid gold and he was guarding the national treasure. If you enjoy being scammed with style, this is your spot. Otherwise, go anywhere else. Even a gas station burrito would be a better investment.

This is a review for 185 Montague. I went in there like I was in the desert and had not eaten in weeks. I asked the price of the bowl, and they said $12.00 ok it’s a lot, but ok, I figured I could get anything in the bowl I asked for beans, rice, chicken , some other meat and the Guacamole. Yes, I love avocados, so I am heading to the nice young man who is the cashier & he said $16.00. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE $12. So, in the future, I will get that $5. For 3 avocados at the store. I left and went next door to eat the food was cold not even warm I felt like I was a dog in the carribbean that is given all the leftovers mixed up in that bowl that is supposed to help the environment how I asked myself it’s not even reusable as I sat there thinking if a million people throw away this bowl compared to if we all reuse that bowl , bag and fork. This is my thoughts on buying a $16.00 bowl of cold food, but go in the staff is cool, good people. And to the owners of chipolta and please give me the option on if I want my food hot or cold and let me help you save the planet by giving me a reusable container.

Gone are the days of slow food preparation, smaller portions, missing ingredients and so on. This Chipotle location has “hit it’s stride” and moves like a well-oiled machine, cranking out delicious meals with precision and professionalism.
Sure the chips are still hella salted, but that’s the price you pay for real cooking. Some chips are gonna be soggy, some are gonna be caked in salt, but most will be perfect.
Ordering online to make sure you get everything you want and nothing you don’t is the winning move. In and out before the homeless guy out front can ask for change. Boom.

That one star is food the food. The only reason I walked in there. The food was horrible. The beans was over seasoned and salty. The chicken was undercooked and way too soft. I went in there HANGRY! I’m pregnant and a bit annoyed with life today so I thought chipotle would help. Nope, that craving was just sad. I couldn’t eat the food without risking getting sick. The cool has to go or get retrained because the kitchen is off! The cashier was kind though, very contagious positive energy! But yeah how do I get my money back?

I’ve been a Chipotle customers this location for over three years, visiting regularly, but sadly, my experience with them has gone downhill significantly in recent times.
The quality and portion sizes have been noticeably declining. It’s disappointing to see the once generous portions of protein being reduced, leaving me feeling short-changed.
Hygiene has also been concerning. On several occasions, I’ve observed staff using the cash register and then immediately handling food without changing gloves or washing hands. This lack of attention to cleanliness does not reflect well on their standards.
Additionally, I’ve experienced times when certain ingredients are not available, like rice, chicken, or veggies, due to inadequate planning for demand. It’s frustrating and makes me reconsider my meal choices.
I’ve dealt with problems such as corn being frozen and kitchen closures an hour before their advertised closing time. This is not only inconvenient but also deceiving for customers who plan their visits accordingly.
The situation with their pick-up and delivery service is another sore point. It was shut down because they couldn’t maintain the quality of service, as demand overwhelmed them. This leaves a gap in service they once promised reliably.
The decline in Chipotle’s service, quality, and planning has led me to reconsider my frequent visits.

Went to use the bathroom and there was feces both all over the seat and on the floor. What I alerted the people that work there, they said they were aware. If you’re aware of the clear biohazard, why hasn’t it been taken care of? Disgusting and the food is full of salt.
