Placed an online order to just pick up and still had to wait 30 EXTRA minutes from the time specified. The workers just have their airpods which made hearing customers harder. Slowest service from any other subway in the area. Avoid

They advertise buffalo chicken when I try to get all they did was put regular chicken on and sprayed hot sauce over it. It doesn’t even resemble what is advertised.The workers said that is what the owner wants done. The place looks clean but how fresh is the ingredients. If they think it’s ok to cut corners like that I can only imagine what they do with the rest of the food. I will never go back to that location and would recommend nobody else go either. This subway is on the way to work. I usually stop in around 4 pm as I work the night shift. The man making the sandwich was on point I told him I was running a little behind and he got to work, made 2-foot longs, and had us back on the road pretty quickly. The place was clean and friendly, and the food was on point.

Ordered through the app about a half hour ago. They got some of it right. The 6“ was fine but the 12″ had no extras I ordered and I only got half of it. Without the information their sealing sticker destroys you can’t get any help from these people, not even their own restaurant number. Deleted the app. Don’t use it, it’s a pathetic experience. Even the communication with the driver is a joke.
