Drove all the way from Utah for the infamous, highly toted smoked cougar ( Definitely not a BYU cougar so stop drooling, or was it?? ) and it didn’t disappoint!!! Owners get down like it’s 1999 so if you want the awesomest hospitality and a top notch cougar then stop by and do the hoopla hoop with these cool cats. Was a little iffy by the looks of Dr. Bill but the kitchen was very clean. I ordered the double tire smoke ribs, with a very sweet and savory aged Red Man tobacco juice glaze. That stuff is addicting!! Highly recommend!!!!

I came all the way from Brazil to see what all of the hype was about. Some of the best smoked meat I’ve had. I went with the smoked ferret with a side of moth balls. Bill also offered entertainment to my party. He did a traditional Samba dance and it made me feel like I was back at home! Safe to say this place is world renowned! So glad I came to the doctor!

Has the most exotic menu this side of Louisiana. Cajun style possum brisket and Marlboro smoked pigeon gizzard are to die for. But the PB&J is definitely the best!
