Service is nearly non existent. Two people working the drive thru and no one on the front line. Ordered a big fish with unsweetened tea…..no tea….11am……what!? I didn’t realize onion rings came with fries…….what!? The gentleman in black glasses could care less if you ever received service. Sat inside and ate and watched…… he did not discriminate, everyone was treated the same……horrible customer service!

I got a worm in my food and they manager told me she didn’t believe me when I called to complain and when I asked for the corporate number she told me to find it my self and hung up she was super rude and unhelpful

1st time I’ve been back to a burger King in a while and it’s evident why there weren’t many customers while other fast food places across the street were packed.

The lady who took my payment was very sweet and kind. No one else had a smile on their face and the wait was over 10 minutes in the drivethru.

The crunchwrap had so little chicken on it it looked like it was half of some patty with one small sad slice of tomato.

The chicken nuggets were very dark and skinny and dry and well, not like I remember.

Overall I wonder how they are still in business. Maybe from shmucks like me reminiscing our childhood days with the paper crown and edible food.

This BK gets half a “dang”. If it wasn’t for the OG chicken sammich it’d be less. The “melts” are tiny and expensive. Service was slow and not very friendly.

UPDATE: Fannin County Health Department says: As long as the Restaurant Closes the Lobby, Burger King does not have to provide restrooms to customers. Watch where you step in their parking lot 😉

Fast Food? I spent 59 minutes waiting for service and my mobile order.

What is with these teenagers cutting corners by closing the dinning room just because they don’t want to clean it at the end of their Shift?

Are customers supposed to urinate and defecate in the parking lot? I thought publicly opened businesses are obligated under the law to provide public restrooms for their customers during business hours. ??

Their Mobile Order System is not working but Burger King does not inform the customer, even after the customer tells the staff at the order box that they have a mobile order. Instead, the staff tells you to pull to the 2nd window where they make you wait another 25 minutes to be told this. ??

(Management & Owners) were snowed-in, even though they other employees and customers were able to show up at the business by vehicle. ??
Ashley told me by phone that she could not make it to work to help the understaffed employees but I was able to drive 41 miles there in a 2wd truck. ??

My favorite part was the sign out front which read ( Now Hiring Managers ) As if we couldn’t that after waiting 1 hour for our fast food. !!!

This locations is dirty. Floor, countertops, drink are needs a good cleaning.
Food was just warm. Fry’s and onion rings not great. Just warm. Lettuce on fish sandwich was on last day usable. Brown areas on edge of lettuce. I wouldn’t go again.

My husband and I were on our way back to Atlanta when we stopped. The cashier took the order of the two people in front of me, then decided to fill orders. Completely ignored for about ten minutes, we ordered through the app. When we got our food we didn’t receive our cups for our drinks. It was like we were rushed away. Our food was cold, the fries were under cooked, we didn’t get the extra condiments we asked for. It was a mess.

Drive thru service quick, great. Went in for refill and drink area in dire need of disinfectant, filthy. Throw the tea canisters away, get new ones and clean them everyday folks. Yuck. If it looks that filthy in the dine in area I don’t want to think of how dirty it is in the places we can’t see. You can do better. Man at register has no customers and plenty of chores need to be done. Step it up y’all.
