The only fast food we ever purchase is the occasional Impossible Whopper with cheese. Sounds simple, right? But not all locations deliver the same level of care and attention as this one. The staff here are always pleasant, and my Impossible Whopper is consistently excellent—every single time. Kudos to this team for caring about what they do and getting it right!

Old lady taking orders at drive thru is the coupon naz!. She is always gives me trouble over using coupons. You have to explain the coupon then give the code and give her the coupon other Burger King’s do not do that only want the code don’t care if you give them the coupon. Then I tell her that and she bad mouths the other Burger King say that they are more expensive and they don’t give service like we do. Then a different lady at the other window to pick up your food just throws the food at you. Horrible service compared to the other Burger King.

I ordered online for pick up through the drive thru. I ordered the Bacon King among other items. I put no cheese on the burger when ordering.
When I got home and went to eat it i saw there was cheese on both patties. For those who also don’t get cheese on their burgers you that you can’t simply scrap it off.
I had to throw it out.
I went back online and it gave an option to report an issue with my order. I tried to report the burger as having an issue but it wouldn’t actually do anything so I had to send an email.
I asked for a refund for the burger portion only since I couldn’t eat it and it wasn’t what i ordered. BK customer support offered $5 coupon which isn’t even enough to buy another Bacon King burger that they made incorrectly.
I asked for a refund again after explaining that but they said they are unable to offer a refund and that the coupon was all they could offer.
Personally I find it wrong when a business makes a mistake and doesn’t fix it. They essentially took my money and didn’t provide the service or item i paid for.
I can’t do business with people like that.
Mistakes happen, I wont make the mistake of giving anymore of my money to Burger King.

If you want half decent service and want to get your order right you’re better off going to this location during the day before 7PM. Went through the drive thru at 10:20PM and when we got to the window to pay and receive our food, the girl working the window spoke loudly about the next person in line being the last one before they close for the night while there were still 3 other people waiting to order when we pulled off. It wasn’t even 10:30PM and they were already starting to close when they aren’t suppose to until midnight. By the time we got home with our food our whole order was wrong. Gave us the wrong sized drinks and flavor of drinks, wrong sized fries, even couldn’t make the bacon king I ordered right!
Don’t go here when the night shift is there. They’re miserable, rude, and just don’t care about what they give you because it’s all wrong. They only care about trying to close up early if they can. Then give you attitude when you ask for your drinks that you ordered that they forgot to give you. This location used to be good but now they have the most careless night staff I’ve ever seen them have. Closing 2 hours early than suppose to and terrible service.
The day time staff is much more respectable and try to get your order right.
