A welcoming atmosphere with quality service and quick preparation. My meal tastes fresh and is a good sized portion for lunch. I was welcomed like a friend.

I dont know exactly what we got. My bf is Colombian American and is always excited when we come across the rare Colombian restaurant in or near Seattle. We both agreed the food was delicious and simple and flavorful!! Regular and guava cheese pandebono were also delicious.

Nestled between the vast choices of restaurants in the mall’s food court, this Colombian establishment is worth a visit. Authentic corn cakes and spicy sausages that are delightful and memorable.

I really want this place to succeed. The service is great. They have vegan options! Unfortunately the food was bland. No flavor at all. I need some spices, or something. Garlic, onions, salt, pepper, stuff like that. I couldn’t eat the tamales at all. My friend liked it, but he can’t eat any spice.
I hope they do something, because there is potential.

Amazing selection of delicious authentic Colombian cuisine. If you’re craving pandebonos (like I was), this is the place to go.

Someone recommended that I try this place. Tried several times but always closed not knowing they were moving to Crossroads Mall food court.
At Monseratte Columbian Cuisine, the culinary tale spins a yarn of delightful contrasts. The white corn cake is nothing short of a-maize-ing—a fluffy, fresh treat that flutters onto the plate like a pancake kissed by morning dew. Its light, tender texture and subtly sweet notes form a kernel of perfection, making each bite a soft, buttery ode to freshness.
Yet, in a twist that leaves the palate in a state of perplexed dissonance, the fried pork belly emerges as a pork faux pas, its flavor unceremoniously marred by rancidity, as if it had taken an unfortunate detour into the realm of sour swine. One might muse that this is not merely a culinary misstep but perhaps a cultural nuance: a dish whose rustic, fermented character might be celebrated in its homeland, even as it confounds an unaccustomed tongue.
In short, Monseratte’s offerings perform a high-wire act between the lighthearted charm of a pancake-like corn cake and the boldly off-key notes of a pork belly gone awry. It’s a taste experience that’s as complex as it is contradictory, a veritable recipe for conversation, where every bite is a pun waiting to happen. I will be back though to try the empanadas and perhaps, add more stars!

I came to try this food. From the moment you arrive, the service is excellent. Everyone greets you very kindly. I highly recommend the food; they have a variety of Colombian dishes, and the flavor is exquisite. It has become one of my favorite restaurants.

We went to Monserrate Colombia Cuisine as a recommendation from someone at the hotel we were staying at, as an authentic Colombian food. Now, understand, the restaurant is relatively small and inside a convenience store, but never judge a book by it’s cover. The food was excellent! The chicken empanadas are to die for. But even more than the food, was the service. The restaurant is own and operated by a family and they are super friendly. Their interest in providing you with a good meal experience, is phenomenal. We are from Florida, so we have plenty of Columbian restaurants, but I have never been to one this cozy and friendly before. I will definitely come back every time I’m in the Seattle area.

Good variety of Colombian pastries and dishes. The location also doubles as a minimarket offering a variety of imported ingredients. Had a chance to meet the owner and she’s also super nice. The restaurant is kind of hidden in an industrial park, but it’s totally worth the drive.

I love this Colombian store! People are very nice here. They have so many Colombian products that are difficult to find in Seattle! They also have food, and the tamales colombianos are super delicious! I really recommend that you try them! They offer Colombian bakery items like pasteles de pollo, empanadas, and pan blandito, among others. I tried the Picada Colombiana and it was good, but I wish it would have had more aji, the aji container was super small, and I think it needed more flavor, but overall that dish was good!. They also have pretty good candies and desserts, they sell milhojas colombianas, and those are really good! They make special dishes during the weekends, for example, during Christmas, they had lechona, it was ok, the problem with it was that the peas were hard but I hope they make it tastier this year.
