Came here because my friend wanted a gluten free pizza on our way home from up north. The pizza I got was good. Cooked all the way though and had a nice amount of toppings on it. Got the pizzas on the app on a deal. Couldn’t beat the price. Not a bad place to carry out.

I ordered from this location a couple days ago and selected “leave at door” as I was driving back from something and was excited to come home to a pizza at the door. When I arrived home, the pizza wasn’t there and the tracking had disappeared. I called the store and was informed that the store changed their policy and no long allows drivers to leave the pizza at the door due to high amounts of theft in the area. However, they apparently have no way of letting customers know this ahead of time. I wrote a review then but took it down as I may have overreacted to this situation and the girl over the phone was nice. They resent my order, it was cold but it was fine. However, in response to my complaint, I received a fairly rude email from I’m assuming the owner of the store informing me that this has been a policy for two years. Which can’t be true because this is the first time this store hasn’t left my order at the door. Whoever responded to my complaint was condescending and just disrespectful. So after removing my initial review, I’ve decided to repost cause it was just all around an unpleasant experience.

I got dominos BG for dinner last night and this is how my pizza was cut???? Totally off center, not even cut all the way through. The person that served me was named Kiri, this is not the first bad experience I have had with her, every time I order from this dominos location and Kiri is working I automatically know it’s going to be a bad experience. I don’t generally like to name names but when it is a repeated issue something needs done.

I ordered a pizza and it was so disgusting and foul. not only was it cold but the delivery guy looked like he ate a couple slices and then threw the box around. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely terrible towards me. They even attempted to argue with me over email about my complaint. If you ever eat at this location expect putrid quality and nasty customer service.

so I’m bumping up my one star review to a five star, the reason being? well one night my order came raw. I called them the next day and let them know, and they added a free large pizza and free dessert onto my phone number so the next time I order I could get it! and they were even nice enough to waive the delivery fee and include an extra free garlic! ps. i love cheese pizza so that’s why it’s plain!
