I went here a week ago because of some TikTok videos. I absolutely loved it. The girls inside were really nice and easy to talk to. Everything we ordered was delicious. There was a drive through and walk up windows. We sat at the table outside and ate. I’m definitely going back to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend everyone to do so!

I got an horchata chai and a breakfast burrito.
I paid $18 and this was not worth it at all.
The chai was extremely gritty and it was ice to the top I took two sips and the drink was half gone. My breakfast burrito had lettuce in it?? Never had that before it was weird and all warm. There was no flavor in the burrito no seasonings in sight it was hard to eat but for $18 i didn’t wanna waste it

Stopped by today for the first time and had the al pastor tacos. Excellent food. Sauces were also perfect. Will be coming back! I recommend this spot for lunch.

The Chubby Bean in Salem is officially my new go-to spot. My oldest son put me onto this place and we stopped in for lunch now I’m hooked.
The tacos are solid, the burritos are amazing, and the milkshake was honestly out of this world. Everything tasted fresh and packed with flavor.
If you’re looking for a quick Mexican drive-thru that actually delivers on taste, this is it. Definitely coming back.

Sooo delicious! They have such a wide variety of drinks and they’re not pricey at all. I personally love their gansito milkshake and bad bunny energy drink! The owners daughter is also such a sweetie! I definitely recommend!

The chubby bean is my favorite local spot in salem for food and coffee. I live just around the corner from them. The food is to die for. They have a very diverse menu that includes breakfast and lunch. Their Wake Yo Butt Up burrito is soooo yummy. I found them on tiktok. They’re a locally owned family business and they’re so nice every time I’m there. Give them a shot if you like the classics or newer renditions of classic Mexican foods/ flavors. They also have a ton of fun coffee/ energy drinks like their Gansitos mocha!

I got the Dulce de Leche Cookie Butter Latte and a carnitas taco. First off everyone was SO nice and seemed genuinely happy. I walked up to the window and was pleasantly surprised about how fast my stuff came out. The taco was incredible served with a juicy lime slice and a cup of avocado sauce which it didn’t need it was more than flavorful and moist enough on its own. That being said I do wish the sauce had some kick to it, it was incredibly flavorful but I just wanted some heat. Next time I come through I will definitely be asking for all their sauces. The coffee was incredible. I wouldn’t change a thing. The coffee flavor wasn’t overpowered by the cookie butter or the dulce. I can’t wait to come back and try their other flavors and more food. 11/10

Drive thru coffee (more Mexican style drinks then full coffee stand which was great!) With a solid menu of Mexican food like street tacos, burritos, etc!
This place is POPPIN busy! Be prepared, we went on Saturday around 11am and we did wait about 15 minutes in the line but it was TOTALLY worth it. We got a big burrito to split, two drinks, and paid less then we have the past 3 times at ANY other stand for JUST drinks in the vancouver/Portland area! Our burrito was giant, probably 1.5-2lbs genuinely and stuffed full of all the goods. The drinks were crisp and cold. Loved the oversized straws as well.
This is a total home run for the concept, execution, food, drinks, all of it! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, or even looking for a little exploring- snag one and then head to the waterfalls or the coast!

The girls that were working were incredibly friendly! The drive through lines was expectedly long so we chose to do walk up, the time from order to receiving my food was very quick. The al pastor tacos were fantastic (so much so I ate them before getting a photo), both salsas were very flavorful. I cannot stress this enough the drinks are on point and taste fresh! I highly recommend.
