I ordered a sub with meat, and toppings, not a spinach sub with the meat as an add on, what kind of lazy crap is this? Sorry I get off work at 3 am from my job in the restaurant industry, and going to a place that is 24/7 I’m not coming in 5 minutes before you close.. Lazy worker whoever was making food between 3:30-3:50.. No wonder they work fast food lol.

Came in for a restroom, gas, and coffee run. Restroom was clean, the line was handled like they’ve trained for this, and my order came out correct and delicious. Rare to see a place execute the basics without drama. Wawa did what needed to be done.

Just ordered from here . My order was over 30 dollars so why did I receive plastic bag of candy? This is outrageous. 3 pieces of candy and a bag of chips in place of $30 worth of food? I don’t understand why not just cancel the order if you can’t or don’t want to do it . Then the drivers should have some way to check items or do returns if it’s not correct. $30 and a prolonged period of wait time down the drain. If you’re trying to feed your kids or really hungry please don’t shop here they should be embarrassed it’s not even a restaurant how hard is it to assemble precooked food?

This is by far the worst experience I had at Wawa , I came in for a pickup order I waited for 11 minutes at the counter I was not aknowledged , even if there is a long line let the customer know that you will get to them , and when I was speaking to her about this I was waved aside and ignored ! It’s people with this kind of attitude that makes people’s day harder .

So when you do mobile order , they fix your food once you arrive at the store cause what’s the point of ordering online, then ? So why when arrived there I waited for over 30 minutes . SMH new management or something cause this WAWA is getting worse, and these employees have these weird stank attitudes for no reason as if they are forced to work there.
