Hey shoutout to the crew of high school kids you have working up here, they’re responsible for convincing me to be a repeat customer because this is the only wingstop in town that is ran by anyone with a customer service mindset as I found out today. They are attentive, polite, and got my food out quickly. I’ll quite literally drive past three different locations that are closer to me, just to come back to this location specifically from now on. Ordered 30 wings, we got 26. Not a huge deal but I called and told them of the missing wings. The “assistant manager” said she made my order and they were on the “bottom” in a separate container? I told her there were only 26, not a big deal but our order was over $40 and thought I would call and mention it. She got rude and told me she would have her “GM” call me because she knows she put them on the “bottom”. So I told her “ya know customer is always right, don’t say I’m lying” she got ruder after that and I hung up. Who cares? It’s 4 wings. Why be rude? Our first (and last) time ordering. The guy who was working at this wingstop last night(when we were door dashing) was so kind and professional, he was the reason we even ordered there tonight. We live 30 miles away. Don’t bother ordering ahead. I placed an order at 10:45am for a 5:15pm pickup and still waited an additional 30 minutes because they were “busy.” One employee told me my order was already completed and confirmed my name, but it turned out my ticket had been lost. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the manager repeatedly emphasized how busy they were—as if I hadn’t planned ahead specifically because I knew they’d be busy. Very frustrating experience.

We went here to get some food at lunch but the wait was pretty long, there was also like no one here but everything else was perfect. The food was 5/5, the service was 5/5 especially since they gave us extra free wings for the wait, and the atmosphere was also good. I would rate it 4.5/5 stars rather than 5 because the wait but everything else was just amazing!

Super excited to see a Wingstop here staff friendly environment clean super convenient. Happy that they’re there. The only thing that I have a issue with and it’s been more than three times is it’s like they are not putting the seasonings on the chicken if I’m getting hot honey rub or Louisiana rub literally there’s is barely anything it’s a plain wing so better with the seasonings but overall experience 10 out of 10.

The worker literally couldn’t get his eyes off the tv for 1 minute to take my order. And when I placed the order he sat down to watch the tv and left the order waiting for a few minutes before even starting. (the place is empty no customers or online orders present) Check your employees. Lazy and incompetent.

Service fine but didn’t realize a little bit long wait for no customers. Disappointed no honey barbecue sauce. Tried both bone in & no bone. Both ok if had right sauce. Ok but as a wing place i have bought more preferred at pizza places. Since new i will wait b4 trying again to see if improve.
