Amazing staff, great atmosphere.
You have to try this food!!! Everything on the menu is wonderfully delicious with complex and complimentary flavors that take you on a culinary adventure. The next you want try something new this should be you first thought.

Super yummy food. We really enjoyed all of the sauces they gave us to go with the food. The lamb was super tender and the naan was huge. We also loved the beef dumplings.

The food was incredible! We ordered a shared appetizer platter and shared entree platter and both were so so amazing. The service was great and the food came out pretty fast. The squash and eggplant dips were amazing with the fresh garlic naan. I would definitely recommend the Qabili Palau. I tried their authentic Sheer Chai and it was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant has beautiful tapestries and unique seating with one of the booths appearing to be a couch with pillows and traditional decor. I will definitely be coming back again the next time I’m in SLC!

So glad we popped in. I’d heard wonderful things for a while and Afghan Kitchen lived up to every one of them. Perfectly cooked rice, friendly and helpful wait staff, my water was always full. When the food came out the lamb kabob was tender and juicy, beef kabob seasoned perfectly, eggplant to die for. And the naan in itself is a work of art.
We really enjoyed our meal, service was quick but not rushed – which was perfect bc we were starving! Dining room was welcoming and homey. We absolutely will be back.

I got the Mantu (beef dumpling appetizer), the Hot Laziz (appetizer sampler platter) & the lamb shank entree. Everything was delicious but the Mantu (beef dumpling appetizer) was my favorite!

The amount of food is pretty less compared to the price. In chicken Qabili dish, I find rarely few pieces of chicken! But the lamb Qabili dish was good. Mango Lacchi type drink was the best. 5 star for the environment but couldn’t give for the food.

Wow wow wow Afghan halal market: we went that restaurant and they got a nice rice with chicken and sometimes beef, how ever, it was so good and of course so delicious food. As a matter of fact, I recommend to see and test that excellent food in west valley city, utah. Thank k’s Muhammad and we would be back any time soon.!! gracias❤️
