Went to this Hardee’s today, ordered two number 3’s with well done bacon, well I guess the smart ass in the back doesn’t know what well down bacon means and there is no point taking it back up there because you get it back the same way the first one was, this place is on the list of do not go back

I was blown away by the service we received, I work at Lowe’s in south Parkersburg and we were having breakfast for our Pro’s I called around a few places no one wanted to give us any type of discount for how many biscuits we were ordering. I called Hardee’s I talked to Belinda and she was great we ordered over 100 biscuits they gave us a great deal on our order and made sure they were ready when we needed them by 6am on Friday. I called her through the week closer to the day to talk to her about our order and she was always polite and said they would be ready.
When Friday came I called the store around 6:40am and she said “yep” we are almost done with them so I sent someone to go pick them up. Our biscuits were hot and clean (not made sloppy) they gave us extra napkins which came in handy for our customers.
I recommend if you have a big order call Belinda and she will not disappoint, we will definitely us Hardees again for any other events we have!!

Debbie took our order today and WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and on Christmas eve of all days. When its hard to be working during the holiday this woman showed up and served with love. We also had a big order and she killed it. Debbie thank you for being you.

I had a long night and a weird morning, so when I finally got to eat at 3:15 today, I was ready for it. The pulled pork Frisco Burger and Nashville Hot tenders were both absolutely awesome. I fully recommend either, or both.

Slow slow slow. Unless you have 10min to go through the drive thru and another 10 to sit in a side spot and wait for your food, pick somewhere else.
