Had my anniversary dinner here. It was awesome. The food was very good, I got the birria quesadilla, and my partner got two quesadilla fritas. It was absolutely delicious. The truck looked very clean and the tables were also. The chairs are sturdy. The horchata was pretty good, on the light side and refreshing. There are planes that fly over but it didn’t bother us. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Honestly the best Latin American food I’ve ever had. I’m from Sweden and I have traveled a lot and have had tacos etc. in many countries and this is just mind blowingly good. The service is also amazing, they are so sweet and service minded and told us about the food and let us try different stuff. The prices are amazing too. We only have another 3-4 days in LA but we will definitely eat there again before we leave. This one is definitely worth a detour to try.

When I moved into the area I didn’t have my kitchen setup yet I ate at some food trucks but there birra tacos were alright there weren’t too juicy or flavorful. The food just seemed a little eh. The taco were normal good tacos but I was hyped up for the birria tacos and was pretty let down.

The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Most importantly, they gave us an extra taco to try as a complimentary service. They also provided as much sauce as I asked for.
However, the area felt a bit unsafe to visit at night. I went when it was empty and had to wait alone, which was a bit scary.

I saw them on google reviews and made it an item I have to cross out before leaving LA. I loved the carne asada and al pastor I got. The salsa was super nice with a little heat.
When writing this review, I’m writing not only for the food, but for how caring the staff members are. I traveled to LA for a quick trip, and made it there for a late night taco. They were about to close at around 11:50 pm. After eating, I was on my phone the whole time they were cleaning up waiting for my ride and wasn’t paying attention much to my surroundings. They noticed a car behind their truck being sketchy and checked in on me to verify whether that was my ride. My ride didn’t arrive until almost 1 am due to some technical issues, and the staff waited with me until my ride arrived.
Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of this gesture. They’re not only serving awesome foods, but they’re also cultivating a caring and loving community where they look out for everyone.
To the staff there: I hope you’ll see this review! Thank you for staying with me so late. Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely coming back for more tacos!!

My favorite was the birria quesadilla they were very generous with the birria and cheese! The birria tacos were good as well and crispy on the outside. They also give you a tortilla with some beans on it. The staff were very friendly & generous with the condiments – they gave so many sides like the radish, cucumbers & lemon. You also have a great view of seeing planes pass by above you.

Tacos Birria are absolutely amazing. They specialize in birria (the best I’ve had in LA).The consommé is extremely flavorful. Got some planes flying over but it’s clean and friendly people.
