They need new people because the girls that work there are extremely rude and have no manners at all. The attitude is insane and the fact that they mumble as you’re walking out is obnoxious. I went with my friend and they wanted to over charge her even though she constantly bought food there and since she didn’t want the food as we we’re walking away one of the girls mumbled “at least pick it up” (she was talking about the soda). My friend told her “that’s your job, you work here right?”. How do they expect people to want to go buy at this restaurant if the people you first come across have no customer service at all? Definitely not getting food here.

The quality of the food has gone down by 100% where the quality of especially their empanadas used to be excellent. The empanadas ordered today were old hard and inedible. Was also assisted by a rude staff member. Was told I could not have any hot sauce for my food ordered. Which is supposed to be included upon request. Highly disappointed

I ordered a soup of sancocho and they took 40 minutes to serve it, after they brought it, it was disgusting, very greasy. I asked the waitress for lemon and she said that if I asked again for more she would charge me 0.50 $ extra for each time she brought me more. Horrible experience, I’m not going back !!! Yo ordené una sopa de sancocho,demoraron 40 minutos en servirla,cuando la trajo era asquerosa y grasosa.le pedi limón y me dijo que si le volvia a pedir me cobraria 0.50$ cada vez.horrible experiencia,no vuelvo mas!!

It’s not Colombian food anymore they serve Salvadorian cuisine but is not my favorite place, I order food and I found something on the rice, don’t worry was not a bug it was a piece of string I guess from the rice bag, that turn me off
