Tonight we stopped in to pick up dinner and take it home. We started on the drive thru line until it wasn’t moving and decided to go inside. Once inside we must have waited 10-15 minutes to place our order. They were clearly understaffed and working their tails off to fill orders as they were able. At one point someone who appeared to be a manager came and took our order. I made sure to let her know she was seen and appreciated. As we waited for our food we saw the tremendous pressure one young worker was under as orders continued to come in. The manager remained calm the entire time, assured the girl who was overwhelmed and kept the team focused and working. Though our wait was long the food was fresh and had no errors. I commend this manager for all she did to assist each member of the team and encourage them one step at a time. She is a valuable asset!! Way to go team~

Stopped in and had a dine-in lunch. Whopper combo meal with fries and sweet tea. Also had two Hershey Pies. Total was just under $19. Ordered my Whopper without onions and cheese. I always appreciate it when you can actual get the order correct, which they did!
Rita took my order and she was pleasant and courteous. Order was delivered quickly, although I had a small wait on the freshly cooked fries. Appreciated Rita letting me know that they were piping hot and to be careful!
Beverage area and the overall restaurant was very clean. I don’t do fast food often, but I do love the flame-grilled burgers!

No hairnets. Everyone has an attitude. Rude customer service. Been standing here at the counter and they just look right past me like I’m not even here. Kids standing in the back. Rude little girl with red hair dreads needs to be fired as well.

Huge shout out to the crew today. I went through around 12 today I believe it was. It was busy but they handled it very well. Great burger as always, and awesome job to Shannon I believe her name was. The manager on staff. I know this burger king is usually short of staff. But today they seemed to manage well! I’ve been to this Burger King twice. The first time, a wonderful lady named Connie helped us out with a complicated order. Food was fine.
However, on this second occasion, I was told to wait 5-10 minutes due to a large order. No problem! I simply tell them what I want, assuming I’d simply wait. I was told they would not take my order and I asked if I should come back, and was told “if you want” with a very rude tone. So I circle back after about 10 minutes and place my order. The order was taken wrong. The cashier lady obviously did not take my order, so she is not at fault. The lady who tried to bring my food, Ashley, was an absolute Gem, and attempted to correct the mistake. Then the “gentleman”who took my order and refused to take it the first time and then took it wrong, brought it out, and handed it to me. Then I explained he took the order wrong, and then he said, “nah that’s on you” and abruptly turned and left. I can only describe this man with the untidy appearance as callous and unhelpful. The cashier, Ashley, and the other employee who was changing the trash out were perfectly pleasant. This other individual was not, in fact, he was quite rude, and my food is wrong, and it’s late. Shoutout fr to Ashley who attempted to fix the misunderstanding.

If you can be a little bit patient, you won’t regret it. It may take a few extra minutes to receive your food, but it will be hot and fresh…..even between standard meal times. Well done. (don’t forget to use the Burger King app if you like to get free food)
