Tonight I ordered Pizza Hut for pick up. It was very busy. The team experienced two rude Karens back to back. The Karen’s were mad because they ordered at the wrong store. The employees handled the Karen’s with so much patience and class. My pizza and wings were delish!

Pizza Hut, please start paying your workers better. Instead of them, expecting us to tip them, even though we come up here to get the pizza ourselves. It’s not delivered. We walk in to get it ourselves too. They don’t bring it to the car. Heck, they don’t even have it ready by the estimated time. I appreciate them cooking it. That’s why I order it. From Pizza Hut. But if nothing extra is being done, they should not be asking us for tips. They shouldn’t say it’s going to ask you a question and spin the screen around so you could choose to pay them more for nothing extra. People are seriously getting tired of that. I think I am going to discontinue using Pizza Hut until y’all stop that. Especially having us pay before the order is even ready, realizing they’re not getting extra money for nothing, and then having to wonder if they are going to slack on the rest of it because they know they’re not getting extra money for nothing. On top of that, the store was dead. Like no one else here but one person when we showed up. No one else pulling in and no deliveries going out. But yet when we show up they’re standing around talking to each other instead of doing the order? But we’re expected to tip them? I’m done with Pizza Hut for now. Like I said, people are getting fed up with that tip for nothing culture.

This is the second time that they have ruined my meal. I live exactly 1.3 miles from their location. I received a text saying that my order was out for delivery, 45 minutes later it arrived cold and apparently flipped over to the point where the sauce was on the top side of the box. The pictures show how it arrived. The box appears to have been dropped and it’s apparent by the creases on top of the box and the seal tag was unsealed. I am Certain they will not apologize or do anything about it. The last time they had my order take forever to get to me they promised a free Pizza next time, well that never happened either. I suppose I will take my business elsewhere since they don’t give a Hoot about doing the Right thing! I’ve submitted pictures to prove my point.

Ordered two large pizzas for delivery, this is what I got. I called and spoke to the manager who says she will remake them, but I had to go pick them up. I was told 15 minutes, which I waited before leaving our hotel room, only to get there and they were barely going into the oven. I waited for them, only to get back to the room (where I had left 6 teenagers) only to find the replacements look the exact same! Yes I should have checked them before leaving again, but didn’t feel I needed to since the manager made them. Never have I gotten a pizza like this from any pizza place! I will definitely not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again!

My boyfriend and I placed our order at 11:07 while heading to your location because we were aware that it would close in an hour. Once I went in the two employees walked to the back. One came back up to turn off a fryer and proceeded back to the back of the building. I sent my boyfriend in and they proceeded to do the same thing. He has been in the a while along with two other customers and not one employee has come to the front counter. I get it is late and close to closing but still customer service is something you should have no matter what.

Well, I placed an order today a 5pm and according to the confirmation email that I got from them, my order was scheduled to be here by 5:36 pm. And now here it is 5:58 pm and I’m STILL sitting here waiting for my pizza. So I called the restaurant to ask about my order and I was basically just brushed off. I wish they would get the pizza out just as quick they were to charge my credit card.
