I ordered via uber eats, they were unable to find a driver so I came to pick it up.
My order was completely wrong, and not to mention looked disgusting. I received the wrong chips, I ordered a turkey and ham on flatbread, not toasted on flat bread with cucumbers, lettuce and mayo.

I received the sandwich pictured, only ham wheat bread(contains ingredients I have an allergy to) and drowned in vinaigrette.

Tried to call, and the number is disconnected. I did not go back because I have a sick kiddo, and frankly didn’t want to deal with it. I have had problems before with them being rude at the drive through.

Afternoon service is usually always good and evening service is a miss. Made all our sandwiches wrong Sunday 9/22 around 7pm missed a churro and this is how I picked it up. (See picture) I didn’t go back as we were rushing and I didn’t figure it out until we got to our destination an hour later with no service that it wasn’t just badly wrapped. Not to mention the Bubble guts we all got the next day. No good. Tired of giving this place chances honestly.

Yum! What a refresh on a scorching hot day. I enjoyed two hooked-up veggie delights. Veggies were crisp and fresh. Clean dining room with lots of drink options. New s’mores cookies are indulgently tasty.

You’ll hate to see me coming for my refund tomorrow. I placed an order online at 8:30 and when I showed up to pick it up 15 minutes later, you were closed. That’s $32 that I can’t go buy something else with until tomorrow. I will be coming in for my money back and corporates number.
Update: after two days of jumping through hoops, my refund has been “requested” and will take up to 7 days to show back in my account. The evening service here has been trash for well over a year and the manager obviously doesn’t have a handle on her store. Done giving this place chances, especially after they sit on my money for a week. Whoever manages this place, do yourself and your staff a favor a resign. You can’t handle a couple extra hours of work or even be bothered to make sure your registers get shut down properly at night so situations like this don’t happen. The worst part about the whole situation is you didn’t mute me while you were calling corporate and I could hear yall laughing at me for demanding my money back when it’s YOUR fault. Bad service most of the time and TERRIBLE management. Sorry to see this one go but that’s what happens when you let people like that run your store.

If I could rate no stars I would. Do not come here. I paid $21 for one meal (sandwich, drink, and cookie), I ordered online. When I got there to pick up my meal I was not greeted by anyone and just asked to get my meal. I paid extra money online for subcrunch to be added to my sandwich. When I got home there was no sub crunch on it at all. I called them and was told I could come back and get subcrunch put on the sandwich. Since it was already open I just asked if I could have some in a small container or something to bring home and just add it to the sub. Then I get told there was no sub crunch at all?? And that there was nothing they could do to help me out. Awful staff. Why not just mention something about it when I walked in? Instead of sending me on a wild good chase for a dang sandwich

Did not love my experience at this subway location. We were told by leaving customers that the toaster was not working/available, not a word of this matter was uttered by subway employees. So without these helping customers we could have been halfway through our orders wondering why toasted subs are not an option. Leaving us neglected to all the needed information. Furthermore, this employee was hardly responsive to our suggestions and wasnt friendly. We hadn’t even finished our order when an employee sandwich was pulled out of the working toaster, this demonstrated theses employees neglecting to do their job in supporting customers and instead prioritizing their selfish needs first. We were mindful that it was near to closing time, so we decided to dine on the patio. The shop was closed up before closing time and we were rudely dismissed when the patio lights were shut off. I am ashamed to say that this subway establishment provides the worst customer service experience I have ever known. Could have done better!

When you get the A team staff, doing both prep and serving, it’s a really nice place to eat lunch. The quality of the meat and bread is a corporate decision so the location can’t do much about that. I would say it’s about average in bread and meat quality.

Totally screwed up the order had all the wrong sandwiches. The touchscreen unit barely worked had so much trouble trying to get the order in and then the employees could care less and screwed up the order big time. Dirty nasty window you could barely see through at the drive up and the whole restaurant looked horrible from there. Definitely Craig ‘s worst fast food outfit!
