I ordered on the app for mobile pick up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived sooner than planned and they were still making the food and everything was fresh. They gave me the cups to get the soda that I ordered while I was waiting. There were a few staff members, all with smiles. The food tasted great! Everything was exactly as I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, there were a few people eating inside while I was there. I will return back to this location and I recommend it to others.

This is a perfect location. Very close to six flags adventure park . It’s just about a mile away from six flags . We get so hungry after six flags and the food in 6 flags is just horrible and expensive . After a long day , it’s just so awesome to find a Popeyes right outside 6 flags ..
Love their fries . It is so crispy and yummy . The fried chicken was average . Wasn’t spicy at all. They probably didn’t have the spicy version. We asked for spicy but it was really bland . Burger was also ok . Not the best but kids were so hungry that they ate it without any fuss . Lots of parking outside . Service was good and billing was quick . Lots of seating inside to sit/ eat.. good experience with the location but the food was average . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Not our first issue with this location, hence the reason for the review. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The workers pretend they don’t completely understand english to get away with scamming you out of money & the actual food you order.
Went on Saturday and did a mobile order for spicy tenders & a Large Sweet Tea, which is $4 by the way. Get to the window and they inform me no sweet tea. They offered me a coke, no sir I do not want a coke, I want a sweet tea. You don’t have any, that is ok, please refund me. Nope, cannot refund. Ok, how about a $4 gift card. Nope, can’t do that either. You can dispute it on the app.
Ok, did that, nothing. I went to check and it says your issue has been resolved. No refund, no email, nothing. I am out $4, which in itself is whatever, but they were not willing to do anything about their error. Terrible location, if you can avoid it do it!

I went here at 8:20pm. I asked for 5pc dark meat spicy. They said they didn’t have any dark meat. They said they couldn’t make anymore because it wasn’t busy. Her name was Simpia. I don’t understand if you’re open until 11pm why chicken couldn’t be made. So disappointed.

We’re locals. We would order from this establishment when the kids are in the mood for fried chicken and mashed potatoes. We tried something different last night and went with Mac and Cheese. I know it’s not the best option on their menu. When we got home, the kids were excited for dinner and we quickly transferred containers unto ceramic plates (we avoid eating on paper/plastic plates). I quickly placed it in the microwave for a few seconds and to my surprise, the cheese curdled! Was I given spoiled/rotten Mac and cheese? You tell me; see pictures. We ended up chucking the entire container to be safe.

This place sucks nothing is done properly and orders are constantly messed up. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. It’s like talking to a wall when I went to pick up mu order….placed an order 30mins ago and still wasn’t ready. Corporate needs to get involved and clean house cause this is not how you run a FAST FOOD place. Not FAST at all. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 star will do for now. Very disappointed. Terrible in every way. Popeyes used to be great. I’ve eaten at places where I couldn’t see the value but this place takes under value to a whole new level
1st they never have any sides there than fries and black beans and rice. The sizes shrank tremendously from what it used to be. They over charge for food with portion sizes half of what they used to be. Their largest family meal will barely feed a family of 4

I was there on Saturday Dec 6th 2025 at 5pm to get $20 chicken box ,they served me 3 days OLD chicken . I know winter are slow for your business but it doesn’t mean you guys have to served OLD STALES chicken about 3 days old. It was gross and disgusting I got sick after one bite . What’s wrong with the manager in this place ? If he doesn’t know how to manage a business QUIT the job !

Food tastes great if you get it. My bacon cheese chicken sandwich came without bacon or cheese. My fries were missing. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet. I ordered an extra gallon of sweet tea… and the partially filled it with tea… then dumped ice in…. I have never had a Popeyes water their sweet tea down like that before. I will not be visiting this location again!
