I’ve had between 1-2 star food here since my first visit in October. The bread? Flat and somehow so small. The portions? Terrible. Two slices of cappacuolo, one of prosciuttini on each half of a #4? Extra lettuce and tomatoes? Nope. CPR? Literally hit or miss, but I bought a jar after the first time because I really like it. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on the app, it might be better in person, but I’m not using this store anymore.

It took an hour to get a MINI SANDWHICH, not kidding. Placed the order at 11:35 and didn’t walk out until 12:25. They had like 20 online orders that the employees prioritized and no I’m not exaggerating..their counter was full of empty bags. And they refused to prioritize customers already at the store. The cashier was a girl she was doing her best to keep up and trying to suggest we get in line to possibly speed up the process. Then this guy with a disgusting attitude and face piercing (w/e)said “no it won’t make a difference”. He needs to find a different job seeing how this is not the first time he interacts with customers like this. I come here on my lunch break because online ordering is convenient but the wait times were NOT accurate and they need to learn to shut down online orders when they get too many. Jersey mikes is a greedy company. Other staff is kind and even try to prioritize customers who are already at the store, but I guess this is a hard concept.

I came in with a $25 gift card and ordered 2 sandwiches that came to approximately $22. The order taker took my card and somehow messed up the purchase with card and claimed I owed another $22. I ask to speak with manager and he explained I still owed $22. This card was a gift from a student as a Christmas gift and this particular restaurant ruined the gift. I have always enjoyed a sandwich from Jersey Mike’s, but won’t be a patron of this franchise any longer. Attempted to get a refund from corporate office, but they were not accommodating in this situation.

App said out order was ready. It took 30 min. We went inside for curb side pickup because no one came out to the curb, and the woman told me son, “It’s ready when I hand it to you.” Ok. Sorry. We thought the app was accurate when it said the order was ready. Be nice.

I will never come back to this location it was a horrible experience. The shift manager with all of the piercings had an attitude from the moment me and my family walked in and was treating the customers before me with rudeness and hostility. Then when it was my turn he missed a sandwich I ordered and then was rude to me also. I even called to get his name after I left and he said “No” and hung up on me. I will be telling everyone to avoid this location if possible.

Twice I put in a to-go order, and they cancel it 20 min later as they can’t fulfill it. I guess this Jersey Mike’s is unable to make two subs, or they don’t want to honor BOGO offers from food delivery app. Either way, no reason to give business to this miserable place.

I was having a terrible, no good, very bad day and Becky was absolutely wonderful to me. She has such a kind and genuine heart. As I sat down for lunch, another customer came in, and she lit up while talking with him about his grandbabies, excited to see photos and share in his joy. That moment showed me just how authentic and caring she truly is.
Becky, thank you for making me feel human, for allowing me the space to be upset, and for supporting me with kindness. I hope your pillow always stays cool at night and that you always catch the green lights. You deserve it!

My sandwiches were amazing. Bread and vegetables were fresh and tasted great. Friendly and fast service. Jersey Mike’s is the only place I get sandwiches. Mmm.
