I’ve always ordered crab boils off Uber Eats. I’ve done that about 5 times.
But this was the first time we went to dine in and boy did we enjoy it. It’s always good at home but it just kicked it up a notch having it that much fresher.
We got large order of snow crab large order of shrimp no head and small order of clams fries and rice. Definitely my favorite crab place in central Jersey. And for the price. It just makes it more delicious. We only spent $80 for all that.

Best seafood spot out there! This is my second time trying them and it tasted even better than the first time. I think their prices are reasonable and you get enough food in one boil. We had got the combo c trying the Louisiana Cajun medium spicy with mussels, shrimp, crab, potatoes, corn, and white rice. We also qualified for the free 1/2 pound so I decided on the mussels and tried their lemon pepper sauce. Guys…it was so bomb! It was also able to feed a family of four. I think it really beats the Cajun by far. They were reallly accommodating when I mentioned we had a lot of closed mussels and gave us a free 1/2 pound. Very grateful for our waitress I forgot her name but if I see her I’ll mention her in another review because they will be getting another one from me very soon. Still thinking about that lemon pepper sauce. Oh we also had the Cajun fries which are 10x better than the regular fries. Highly recommend this place.

Best boil we’ve been to in years. Incredible flavor. Definitely go for the Cajun style. All the sides were so good. Service was quick and kind. Only thing that could be better is atmosphere, but that could be because we came on a Tuesday.

I have been here 5+ times with family and friends. It’s the same every time.. AMAZING. This will forever be my place of choosing for a seafood boil. Food comes in a bag (as it should?? I saw a review of a person who is used to aluminum which is not normal for me.. & how I believe it should be) and is ALWAYS fresh and juicy. Crab slides right out of the shell and the Louisiana sauce will NEVER not be spectacular. I have made so many memories at this establishment and will continue to make more. Never a bad experience, service is always helpful and understanding, owner is the sweetest lady, and they take extra steps to provide you with everything you need. Sturdy paper cups so you can still grip and sip without spills or slips, knuckle crackers, bibs, rolls of paper towels, gloves, and containers always given ahead of time so you’re prepared for the mess. I will never be able to stress how much me and my Chilean family (this is important because we are big seafood people ) LOVE this place. Blows Hook & Reel out of the park, in every aspect.

Hi, this is regarding the message below the food was picked up at 9:23 at the front desk , Combo C- Snow Crab, Shrimp Tail Off and Mussels (Louisiana Cajun Mild) We put it in an aluminum Plate so it could be scattered better but it originally came in the clear plastic bag. And you are right we are equally as surprised because it was recommended to us , not sure why ours came out like this and me and my partner got sick .
No Refund is necessary and there’s no allergy’s since we stated that we constantly eat seafood, you can tell by the photos and the food looked and tasted not fresh and was old it’s that simple there’s no reason to justify it.

I barely write reviews and the place seemed like a nice atmosphere but the food was terrible. I eat seafood boils a lot and i’m not sure if I just got a bad batch, but you could tell the food looked old. The Crab was grayish looking and had some black spots on it and it wasn’t the sauce. The shrimp was way overcooked and it all just tasted reheated. It was takeout – Me and my significant other got sick and i’ve been constantly throwing up today and we got this yesterday. Never again, really had high hopes!!

Love it here! Jen (the owner) always remembers what I order just by seeing me walk in the door. So you can tell I come here a lot lol. I will always pick this place from any other crab place!!! The taste of seafood here is so fresh a delicious.

FYI this place is BYOB. This place is not high end. Yet, it is delicious, come a support this lovely place. It is relaxing and very chill vibes. Definitely coming back again. Tip is 13% mandatory. Amy was our waitress and she is super chill and sweet.
