Portions and prices were fine. We got take out, so can’t say much about service. What I did experience was kindness, quick service, and hospitality while I waited for my order, which took less than 10 minutes from order placement to walking out the door.
Their alive scale is 1-6. I got 2 which was perfect, just enough heat to feel it without taking away from the flavor. Your tolerance may vary.
We got tikka chicken masala, saag paneer, and garlic naan. It was everything we’d been missing. The saag paneer was amazing. The naan, flaky and garlicky. The tikka masala is the star in my opinion.
Will definitely be making this into a regular dine out option. Highly recommend.
The naan is tasty, and freshly made, but ordinary.
The rice is fluffy and has a delicate sprinkling of what I believe to be caraway seeds. They don’t stick in my teeth tho, just adds a light subtle perfume which really adds to the complexity of flavor.
Ingredients like cheese cubes, potatoes, and/or peas, means there’s something on the menu for most everyone.
The spice level range is from one to five. Be conservative in what you choose, as it can really get hot! But if you love heat, you’ll love the flavor of whatever spice level you choose.
If you dont want all the sauce, I liked the Chicken Biryani. It’s full of delicious ingredients and flavor.
I still need to try their numerous vegetarian dishes.
I’d eat there everyday, but it can get pricey, so I don’t.
We had Aloy Tikki, Lamb Korma, Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Choley, and Garlic Naan. All were fabulous. Portions were generous. One suggestion, if you like spicy a 4, is where to start. Also, the onion chutney is great! Will be back many times.
My wife got the chicken tikka masala and loves it. I got the chicken biryani and love it as well. Both dishes are an absolute symphony of flavor. Delicious! The bread is also SO GOOD!
The proprietors are kind and friendly.
We’ll definitely be back!
