It’s been awhile since I’ve been there & probably won’t be going back. Pretty sure my sandwich had been pre-made & stuck in a heating oven….it was wrapped in aluminum foil. When I opened the outside wrap it was so soggy part of the bun stayed attached to the aluminum foil. Yeah, not the Erbert & Gerbert’s quality I’m use to.

Won’t bad reviews until I contact company contacted company on the website and what a joke… The communication was horrible I got messages thru email like I think was from corporate asking store if they figured anything out or whatever then all of a sudden was resolved how was it resolved it sure wasn’t like I said I never do bad reviews I always do good ones I hate doing bad ones… It’s a joke I wouldn’t complain but getting those two big things of soup was $40 and it was nasty I don’t waste food but something was off and yea I won’t ever go back… I probably would of if they tried making right but yea they probably used to getting complaints about horrible souo

Was our first time there. Staff was friendly and patient as we decided on what our first food would be. We had the beer cheese soup and the brisket and bacon sandwich and it was a real treat. The place was cozy with low light and was quiet. The prices were fair for what we ordered. Will definitely go back

This won the “Worst Sandwich” takeout we’ve ever had. Do NOT order from this particular location. Bread was far older than a day (so dry!). Our sandwiches were slapped together and had minimal ingredients. No oil in our subs. I had to go into my kitchen and “doll” them up to make them edible. Everything is expensive these days so I’d hate another family to waste their money on a such a terrible experience.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service during my visit. The employee with the long ponytail and black shirt was unwelcoming and abruptly walked away while I was placing my order, without any explanation. When my daughter—who’s 12—wanted to modify her sandwich order shortly after placing it, the staff member assisting us asked him for help. He loudly stated that the entire order would need to be restarted, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
We reordered and clearly requested no Dijon mustard, but it was included anyway. Additionally, my sandwich was soggy and cold. What stood out most was that this employee treated other customers courteously, but not me. I don’t make assumptions lightly, but I’ve never felt so unwelcome—especially with my three children present. Even my oldest noticed the difference in treatment. It was a very upsetting experience.

The Sandwich was good-(The Narmer) the Moorhead location in my opinion has always seemed just a little bit better than the other locations. The Soup was not good though, very watery. The atmosphere is nice.

I absolutely love this place!! The bread is amazing my favorite is the neuron with that sweet BBQ and the narmer!! I love the box lunches grab n go !! And the employee’s were so helpful!! I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks guys Best place to eat and fast and on time!! Very much appreciated!!
