Have been ordering food from Tony’s for a while, our kids enjoy their pizza. However, tonight they made a mistake on our pizza order. Nothing wrong with mistakes, we all make them. But, their customer service was very lacking, pretty much non existent.

This pizza was amazing… the sauce had a sweetness to it. The topping were evenly spread across the pie with a sense of the artist wanted the eater to savor flavors of everything in each bite. I love mushroom and green peppers, but I have no doubts that they take the care in making each pie. With that said I lowered a star because when I made order the young lady who took my order seemed like I was a bother and she ws very offputting to me. She seemed very dissatisfied with her job and I feel does not represent the pizzeria as a whole. I guess attitude towards customers is key when one walks in to the establishment. There was no personality to the service. Food was amazing. Will get pizza here again, but may call first.

We ordered 1 cheese pizza And wings light on BBQ sauce for the wings and we ended up with BBQ chicken pizza and 2x BBQ sauce on wings. They don’t seem to be able to follow the app so try calling them.

Ordered online at 630pm, food said 25 minutes til ready. Get here with my children after soccer practice to be told it’ll be another 20 minutes on top of the 25 minutes we already waited. Barely got an apology out of them aside from “oops we are behind.” Mind you only one other person even stopped in while we waited. If I didnt order online I wouldn’t have bothered staying.

I usually get delivery from this location but decided to stop in on my way home from work earlier this week, I wish I hadn’t. The food is always good but while waiting for my take out order it seemed like someone was about to get into a physical altercation in the kitchen. A young man was throwing things and getting very aggressive towards his coworkers with extremely foul language. I almost left before getting my food because I couldn’t tell how much more it would escalate. It was a taller man with a beard and I know this because he walked out into the parking lot to continue having an outburst. It was extremely uncomfortable for everyone there and eating. The food was good per usual but I don’t see myself coming here again anytime soon, there’s plenty of good pizza around that I can get without having my appetite ruined while waiting for it. Hopefully they fix this problem soon because this Tony’s is my preference.

Fantastic Buffalo wings. I personally go for medium wing sauce. Wings are cooked to order and take about 15 minutes, so maybe call ahead or don’t be in a hurry. Quality takes time and they’re so worth the wait. The Greens are just the right kind of spicy and not over stuffed with bread crumbs like so many others. the tomato pie is pretty awesome as well Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. I love this place and come every time I’ve made in town.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings. One pizza was plain with double cheese and the other mushrooms, sausage, and double cheese. When I picked it up I asked if they had double cheese and she said let’s look so we looked at the pizza with mushrooms and sausage and it looked like it had a good amount of cheese. When I got home and me and my sister both had a piece of the pizza with mushrooms and sausage. It was not cooked all the way, the dough was very gooey. Very under cooked. So I called Tony’s pizza and the manager answered the phone, when I told she said, I looked at the pizza and said it looked good and she had no complaints of that so she wasn’t going to do anything about it. How can you tell a pizza is under cooked by looking at it. After explaining that to her she did give me my money back, but her giving me a hard time and making me very upset, with her thinking I’m making it up was very upsetting. Because that I will never go back there again. So sad for them to make a customer feel that way!!! What has happened to customer service also it cost 85 dollars for 2 large pizzas and 30 wings!! Very high prices!
