Should we just expect hair baked into the bread? 4/19/25: ordered 5 subs online for pick up. None of them were labeled so we had to unwrap and open sandwiches to pass them out. 3 had issues. Two had ingredient mistakes. The 3rd sub was the worst. There was a hair baked into the cheese of the Italian herb & cheese bread. *shown in photo. 3/4 of that $15 sub went in the garbage.
Contacted customer service & got a form letter email from manager Mark DeSessa. *see photo. No apologies, no compensation or refund. Not even an acknowledgement that he looked at my message or photo. On 4/21/25 I emailed back with another pic of the hairy bread requesting an actual review. Still no reply. Don’t waste your $ unless you like hair baked into.

Went there tonight (9/20/25, around 5-ish) and I have to say the three young men working there were wonderful. They made what is usually a mundane task of ordering subs into a pleasant experience. We left happy and smiling, and feeling like today was a good day for subs. Thank you, gentlemen. You are greatly appreciated!

I ordered here through door dash and there wasn’t any way for me to select “toasted” for my sandwich
So as soon as I placed my order I called them to ask if they could toast it, well lol unbeknownst to me they had already made the sandwich
I felt so bad and didn’t realize it would be done so quickly
They were kind about it and even had it remade

Very poor customer service. When informed that the young woman was making a sandwich incorrectly, she had a very poor attitude and stated “well that’s how we’re trained to make a sandwich!” (I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with no toppings on it, but she chose to throw on onions, peppers, and several other things that were not requested). The other young woman running the register also had a snide attitude about their lack of training, and I should “just take it the way we do it.” Unfortunately, that’s not an option due to food allergies.
The conversation ended with ” well next time, learn how to order a sandwich and it will come out right…” Trust me, there won’t be a next time. This place should either get employees that do the job properly, or close the doors. Too many other places that are grateful for the business/money to have a poor attitude.

My sister and I stopped in on 11-11-24 for lunch to go. I ordered a Turkey wrap with bacon extra of both. I got 2 extra slices of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon. That’s “extra?” I then asked for my bacon to be placed in the oven. I got a very nasty look and then the girl threw the pan in the oven. I then asked for extra mayo and light lettuce. The young girl put so much mayo on it that it was running out of my wrap. What a hot mess it was. She piled the lettuce not spreading it out. My sisters sub wasn’t too bad. I then ordered my handicapped dads sub and again very messy. He as well wanted extra meat on his and only got 2 extra slices of meat. Very over priced (2 subs, wrap, a small coke and a Gatorade $56.00) and a very unfriendly atmosphere. We will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Never thought I would ever have a sub that was at the perfect amount of spice that is equal to the Carolina reaper until today when I got a Buffalo chicken sub with jalapeños and 3 spicy sauces which one was the Buffalo sauce a second time. Top tier all together subway. Definitely will be getting this sub again. Wish this thing had more than just five stars because they deserve 1000000 stars for this.
