Your typical Italian restaurant with great service, a very good wine selection and fantastic food! Ask for Georgina and you will ensure a great time. Ok, she goes by George but don’t get tied up in that. She will remind you of your grandma with lots of stories and great advice on your dining experience.

There really isn’t a bad dish in the house! We really enjoy their Tuesday special of buy one get one half off calzones, mix, and match. Everything I’ve ever ordered from here is pretty delicious, so you can’t go wrong!.
Only complaint is, please get the styrofoam out, be green♻️.

A great little place to get good food. We sat outside, it is in the mountains so it was very comfortable. The bread is very good. The food tasted great. You can taste the fresh! I would definitely return. I would also recommend this establishment.

Amazing service! Our waitress was great and could tell the other tables were well taken care of as well. The garlic knots, the soups, the main meal and desserts were all timed out perfectly. Great atmosphere inside and outside. Definitely recommend!

Coming in on a busy Friday evening during the dinner rush, yet there was no wait to get us a table. Waiting to be served took a bit of time but I wasn’t upset by it. The food was SO good and we plan to use the place to cater my sibling’s wedding. I would love to return.

Terrible experience! I write this as I sit here with no meal and two other guests are enjoying theirs. The managers are nowhere to be found and the place is being run by teenagers. My fettuccine carbonara arrived (40 minutes after ordering) cold stiff and hard to eat with dry noodles fused into sticks–see the photo of the fettuccine Alfredo. The manager said it would take another 30 minutes to deliver a replacement! That’s 70 minutes to get a pasta dish while others at the table were finishing their meals! She did not care or even try to rush the replacement, but did offer something to go. I left without eating while others in my party had their meals. I’m not sure that the staff here understand why people go out to meals together. Wendy’s is nearby and would have made for a better meal and experience. This is a classic case of a restaurant that’s the only game in town. I recommend adding a little additional distance to your drive or sticking to the pizza. Oh yeah, the bread we asked for (staff didn’t bring) was decent.

I stopped here on my way from Boulder to Pikes Peak. The staff was very friendly and the food (I had the JJ’ Specialty Pasta) was amazing. I definitely recommend going there, especially since it’s located right next to the highway.

This cozy little restaurant offers amazing food and some of the best service I’ve ever received. I ordered the lasagna, which was rich and wonderful and very filling. Our waitress Lindsey was quick, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience great. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for some amazing Italian food.

We had a great time at JJ Maxwell’s. We ordered the Boston pizza, gnocchi amd meat balls. Our waitress started us off with big fat garlic rolls and I had to pump the brakes so I could keep room for our meal. Even the soup was delicious. They have big portions so needless to say we had to get to go boxes. I crushed the left overs later tbat night.
