It used to be my go to place for African items i needed. We moved but I make it a point to always drop by when im in the area. Yams, Plantains, Dry fish, Beans, Flours. bags of rice, Malted drinks, Zobo, Meat Pies etc are always fresh and reasonably priced. I’ve never taken something home and it was already spoiled like some other places ive been to. Next, if you love GOOD FOOD… make sure you taste their JOLLOF RICE, RICE AND STEW, GARDEN EGG SAUCE AND/OR MOI-MOI…Wonderful and reheats VERY well for days. There are other items available but these are my personal picks. She also cooks large portions for pick up. Convenient for busy nights.

My first encounter was at a friends daughter’s party who referred me to this restaurant for Egusi Soup. It was absolutely excellent. I even screamed after the first bite. I split mine in half and I ate the other half for breakfast the next morning just to make it last! . It was super, super delicious!
