I come here from time to time. The manager Eric helped me out today. He was awesome, very nice/knowledgable/genuinely friendly & made the sandwiches i ordered perfectly. The inside was clean, the bathroom was also clean & everything organized. Unsure of what the other reviews are talking about but jobs like this have a high turnover. The staff they currently write at the date & time of this review is pretty good. I also respect that they have a military discount too. Price wise I ordered a steak sandwich footlong with baked lays chips, a drink & 3 cookies. You’re looking at roughly $20 per person if you order all of that lol. Overall I have this place a 5 out of 5. I’ll be sure to comeback especially with that steak & avocado sandwich

Wow! Just Wow! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and received a mess! There was nothing but chicken and buffalo sauce with 12 random cheese shreds I didn’t order! It literally looks like someone poured soup on it! The staff wasn’t unfriendly but they seemed completely befuddled behind the line when I came to pick up my sandwiches.

Horrible location! Placed an order through the subway app for pick up at 9pm, app said it would be ready by 9:20pm. I got there at 9:23pm when the app showed my order was ready. We get there for pick up and the 2 punk kids working there had already closed it all down! No food was out and said they can’t do a return that I would have to come tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday when the manager was there. Absolutely not ok with me. We went inside while the kid working was trying to delay calling the manager, the other kid tried getting an attitude and was disrespectful! This morning the manager came in on her day off to give a return! My advice for management… find better help or at least someone more responsible to close! They lost all revenue for who knows how long all because these kids didn’t want to work! You Subway had to pay 2 kids to shut down the businesses profits!

The level of service I experienced at this Subway did not meet the basic standards of any food service. When I received the wrong order and politely requested a remake of the sandwich I had paid for, the conversation quickly escalated beyond what was reasonable for such a simple request. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and a complete lack of customer service.

As the hostile treatment continued, I opted to request a refund instead. However, I was then informed that I would still be charged for my drink, which felt unnecessarily petty—almost like retaliation for simply asking for my food to be corrected. I was even willing to pay an extra charge if that was the issue, but the response I received was marked by poor communication and unnecessary harshness.

This kind of interaction discourages customers from returning. Service should be about helping and resolving concerns, not creating conflict. The staff’s passive-aggressive approach, including the mention of reviewing security footage, and throwing the sandwich violently into the trash was unprofessional and served no constructive purpose. Whether or not there was a misunderstanding, a professional establishment should prioritize resolution, not confrontation.

Throughout the encounter, I remained calm and polite. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff member involved. This situation was entirely avoidable and serves as an example of how poor service drives customers away. I would not recommend this Subway, due to the issues I experienced there.

This Masterpiece was designed and created just for me. The young lady was a true artisan in the sandwich culinary arts. This sandwich was made to my exact specifications with patience, caring and loving attention to detail. I had the:

#12 Turkey Cali Club: Oven-roasted turkey, crisp bacon, BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella and smashed Hass avocado. Topped with spinach, tomatoes, red onions and mayo, toasted on Hearty Multigrain bread.

I asked if they could add all the other vegetables and she said I could add all the veggies I wanted. So I went all in and I think the picture says it all. I topped it off with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. This ended up being a two meal sandwich, so I guess that made it twice as good. Thanks Subway and thanks to the young lady with pink highlights in her hair. This was an Awesome sandwich.
