The staff there makes the entire atmosphere. They are terrific!! The old pizza hut restaurant vibe beats any of the newer locations IMO. Food was good as well.

Worst experience ever at any Pizza Hut. We had a second “Christmas” last night with my son’s family. My daughter drove the TEN miles ONE WAY to pick up our order. She came home with three pizzas. THREE!!! We ordered four pizzas and double bread sticks. I called Pizza Hut and “yes”, they “had it sitting right here”. What?! I asked if they could make new, so when my husband drove the TWENTY miles AGAIN, it would be somewhat fresh. She said no, it would “stay fresh under the warmers”. Are you kidding me?! And she never apologized. The only apology was to my husband when he picked up the remainder of our order.
We have gotten pizza from this location many times. Never have we had such a bad customer service experience, and never has the food been cold, but it was, both parts of the order. Also, the meat on the Meat Lovers Pizza was definitely outdated. The pork tasted terrible, and had the texture of…well, not real meat, more like rubber. In a nut shell, it will be highly unlikely that we ever order from this location again, just from this one experience alone. I hate the fact that I gave any sort of tip at checkout for that kind of terrible service! I honestly feel that the least they can do is return the tip in it’s entirety. I will be tipping with cash at pickup from all establishments from this point on, so the tip matches the service quality.

The man at the regester was kind, patient, and very helpful. Employees were sitting around, and one was sitting at a booth. Our food came out fast but cost a bit more than expected. Wonderful people, fast service.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Basically had the whole place to ourselves on a Saturday evening between 6:30 – 8pm.
Greeted & seated right away! Manager was nice enough to substitute for us on a meal deal. Food was served fast, good and hot. Only thing I noticed was seats were dirty with dried on food, and window sills were dusty.
Didn’t use the restrooms here.
Would recommend to others as well as will return.

The app is very easy. The delivery part needs to be updated though. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy who bought it out read the paper and seen i put back seat on it unlike others. He was super nice and friendly. The pizza and the cheesy bread sticks were very good with a good amount of toping on it.
